Gary; We have a 2020 Sprinter VS30 4 wheel drive that was converted by Winnebago (Revel), I always assumed the "white Knuckle" driving experience in the wind or passing or being passed by a large vehicle was because of the combination of the added conversion weight & the fact that is is a 4WD, I did not realize that a stock RWD sprinter had the same problem. We are looking around for suspension upgrades to solve our problem, getting much bigger quotes for the Agile or Van Compass kits.
Did your upgrade settle your van down when driving in high wind or passing?

Yup, the van is very stable at 75mph now. Another thing that helped was an air dam I made to keep air from getting under the solar panels.

Were there any problems after replacing the suspension and wheels with the wind assist system (cross wind assist) ?

Nope, wind assist hasn't kicked in since I did the suspension. The whole project really worked!

How does it ride at 80 when passing

Still good but 80mph is the bleeding edge of what’s comfortable in these vans. I have an air dam in front of my solar panels and before I added that the wind under the panels acted like a sail
