Every child loves their Nana, they are a special generation that are always happy and no matter the time or day glad to see you. In a fast paced world it’s good to have a little down time with someone special. Even better when you get to do things with them like trapping hogs!

Hi David! Ken here from Nova Scotia. Any great adventure never goes smoothly. If it did it wouldn’t be called an adventure. That trailer sure has potential to be a great hog transporter. Built tough. Thanks for sharing this video. Love the fact Miss Ruth wanted to help. She’s awesome.

Miss Ruth is a nice person an it was enjoyable to have her in your video. This is an excellent video. We got to see things from a different perspective. What I always think about when watching you videos is how many hogs must be out there even after you catch so many. Keep up the good work, but be careful.

18:58 I have that same problem... I've had that problem, sometimes I would lose my balance (like twice when I was 47 or 48 I'm 52 now). Turns out I ended up having a stroke at 49. Doctor said when I would lose my balance that that may have been mini strokes giving me warning (I never got checked until after I had the stroke) then when they did all of the checks x- Ray, cat scan, MRI, injected dye in my brain they found another blockage in my brain putting me at risk for another stroke. Now the surgeons won't operate on me to fix all of my other problems (2 (problems) in one shoulder, 3 in the other, both knees) amongst other problem that I just deal with now. All I'm saying is that you should get checked out by a good doctor. Sounds like your body is sending you signals that I ignored. Up to you. Just sayin.

Those people who refuse to understand why the piglets need to be knocked down have never dealt with a hog problem on their land before. They're just as bad as the adults and need to be put down on site. People think just cause they're little and cute means they're not a problem. That is a horrible understatement. Good on you for taking care of the problem before it escalates.

Well I am a Miss Ruth.(that is my real name) so this episode was double fun. My students and kids I took care of as a foster parent called me that for years. I enjoy watching your videos because they are educational and I love to see a fellow believer doing good things for the community. I lived in SC for 20 years and used to see the hogs they shot there on summer hunts. I was born in Ethiopia so we use to go out with dad's jeep that you could lay down the front windshield, He laid his 22 on the hood and we could shoot them right off the hood over there in Africa. I know you can't do that here. He taught me how to shoot when I was 7.
couple ideas for you when the trailer tire goes. You can take a long log from over in the trees (I saw several in the video) and put it up under the trailer between it and axle and use it as a sled. I know a guy who did that with a horse trailer when it blew a tire 30 mins from the nearest phone. He had horses in there. He pulled it 5 miles on a dirt road to the camp where they were taking the horses. also those little traller tires usually are replaced rim and all when you get a new one now so that rim could have been used to keep pulling it.
