I realised one thing that, the candidates those who are practising for OET don't have basic knowledge or such a question wouldn't have asked can one ask question with have or has, one more thing would like to say that, take basic grammar, agreement of subject and verb, direct speech and in direct speech, and passive voiced and active voice otherwise such questions would have been raiced
