@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectrical doesn’t sound fire-y enough. Sounds more like a general alarm or even the sound a burglar alarm panel makes when it’s in alarm.
@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectricaldo you have your fire alarm set up to be monitored to the fire department where the fire alarm will call the fire department to your house when it goes off
When I was in Sainsbury’s on the 29th of July, they tested the fire alarm and guess what? It was Apollo but hochcki is way, much better if you agree with me that hochcki is better, give my comment a like
That call point next to the fire alarm panel needs to be reported as faulty and needs to be fixed. It obviously doesn’t comply with regulations if it doesn’t work. Rafiki is an awful brand. Aldi do use this brand but only have one detector throughout the whole store many locations thank God some Aldi stores do use Protec which is slightly better. It would be better if this place you done the alarm testing had a gent Xenex with gent by Honeywell branded KAC Call Points. Makes me feel uncomfortable, watching the call point next to the fire alarm panel fail.
@ultimategjrnation3451 We own the entire property apart from the granny flat on the top floor which is privately owned (when we sold the granny flat in 2006 we had to have the system installed) we have pretty much full responsibility for the system. It turns out the devices were fine but what had happened is the panel failed and only zone one had power. This meant the rest of the house had no detection for at least 6 months, the panel has seen been replaced for a twinflex pro panel as we cant afford a new system.
This panel has now been replaced and is in my possession vids coming soon!
Guess what I did
That’s absolutely hilarious 😂! The fact that places like Aldi use systems like this and pray they work😂
Good enough my nearby Aldi have a conventional Protec system
I once visited Aldi, didn’t like the sandwich so I went to M&S…
My Aldi has a Fulleon
I just got back from M&S and there was a fire alarm test, hockiki sounder.
Yeah
Very cool. It's a bit like that in Germany, too 😀
Ahhh interesting
0:50 Thanks your order alarm
Nice,Was the first call point not working?
No it was not, been reported to alarm company
That’s good
Turns out the panel was shot, has since been replaced
Good!@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectrical
This exact thing happened at my school it's so bad 😂
Do all fire alarms in the UK sound like this?
Most do yes
@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectrical doesn’t sound fire-y enough. Sounds more like a general alarm or even the sound a burglar alarm panel makes when it’s in alarm.
@@mattdude Nah its dead loud and round here its the standard fire tone so everyone knows its fire
@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectricalI’m from the United States and in my country whenever a fire alarm goes off it’s a code 3 where it has 3 beeps
Also did you install this in your house?
No we had it done in 2006, we have a 5 floor house however we rent out the granny flat on the 5th floor and we have to have it in by law
@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectrical Ah ok, thanks for the info 😁
@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectricaldo you have your fire alarm set up to be monitored to the fire department where the fire alarm will call the fire department to your house when it goes off
@@RyanLeiby Its not monitored because systems in houses are prone to false activation
classic binflex oh i mean twinflex
Yoy to get that call point fixed!
Nice test but I don’t like twinflex call points
Neither its not one of my systems so it would have been the old company who installed the system
@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectrical ah ok
That tone hold is amazing
Yes its quite cool, it does it to help sync the sounders
@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectrical do u still have your discord server if so can i have the invite please

Ha my phone was really close to my mouth as i couldnt zoom out
Great video! That really shows the quality of Fike. Call point not working!
Yep, its actually a rafiki
@@FinlaysFireSystemsElectrical basically the same thing! 😅
@@alarmmuseum They run a bit differently, as that panel will run conventional devices where fike wont
I never knew that. I keep seeing the same panels called Fike and Rafiki products.
@@alarmmuseum Yeah i gets one me nerves at times 😂
I would call that a fail if the manual pull next to the panel isnt working
Most definitely! It was actually the panel at fault as only zone one worked! Any devices on zone 2, 3, and 4 didn’t do anything!
All it did was BEEPBEEP
Is this yout houes
Its one of them yes.
i have that callpoint
