Mythical Pokemon are related to Legendary Pokemon but are just another different Legendary Pokemon Category. Why Mythical Pokemon are called Mythicals because only a few of them are obtainable with no cheats, and some are Obtainable with events, The unobtainable Mythics consist of pokemon like Mew, Eternal Flower Form Floette, and other unobtainable "Mythical/Legendary" Pokemon
Edit: Im already 2 Parallel universes ahead boi! I know, Some legendaries are unobtainable too, but as google says, Mythicals are Like Legendaries but just a different section of Legendary Pokemon.

Next time you work with legendaries use one of the black and white ones a# your starter, but not kyurem. If you find a kyurem in the wild there is a chance you can fuse it with zekrom or reshiram, but only if the caught kyurem is holding the splicers

Technically speaking, Mythicals are really just a sub-category of Legendaries, so no need to start that. They are just Legendaries that are mostly distributed in events or promotions (not sure if you wanna consider them as the same thing or not)
