The thing about slapchop is that you really get out what you put in...sure, you can spam units out in one color and it looks like ass...or you can really give it a go and make models that often outshine their traditionally painted counterparts when they meet on the field (table) of battle!
Playing pretty much everything for years, espacially WH, Battletech is what lasts. It is an exceptional game. Classic Battletech is simply awesome, love it so much.

I love battletech! I hate painting miniatures! How long did it take per model to achieve this result? Excluding all the time you left them to dry overnight and stuff.
If you ignore the highlights, and I would for normal slapchop, honestly an hour and a half per model. There's a reason I was able to paint up 4 more before I finished editing the video!
@@Ajax-wo3gt yep! Those took longer and honestly didn't add enough to be super worth it. I actually made a few mistakes and they're much harder to fix with speed paints

Consulting the Weather Cat is vital to the painting process. I see so many painters leave that step out and you hate to see it.

I feel you on the white. I swapped to acrylic ink and never looked back. Way easier to actually get it opaque.
