Just love your videos Emma! I’m a mom of a 2 n half year old girl and I’m in that “mama” time and just trying to figure myself out and getting back to me. You definitely make me get some confidence in myself. I’m a plus size tall girl myself, 5’10! I love Yoga. My advice for anyone scared to give it a go or go to a class, is don't be. Yoga is such an individual thing, there is no judgment or comparing, etc it's been great for my flexibility and is honestly great for your mental health/wellbeing too. I always say when ive done Yoga I feel like Shania twain kicking down the door when she says lets go girls haha
