Sir , I have a doubt , if there is positive deflection in lead 1 and negative deflection lead avf, and it’s left axis deviation , then it also implies poor R wave progression too ,right sir ? And there is negative deflection lead 2,3avf Ecg explanation at 11:20
Great videos! However you should work on proper diction. Get yourself a good English dictionary and pronounce “ coronary” , “ pulmonary”, etc correctly!
Really? It's sad to have a comment like this, that's more obsessed with linguistic imprisonment rather than actual knowledge. Of what use is a best English diction but poor understanding of ECG, ending in a wrong diagnosis? Do you have the slightest idea of his mother tongue and the much effort he put to even understand English, study in it and render life-saving knowledge still using English? You're surely enslaved in diction!!!
