@@mysonganteng7466 i managed to get an older version with the folder ,just search how to install gta vice city mods tutorial and the first one should be that video (the name of the guy is ClaronXK)install that stuff and remove the stuff you dont want,at least thats how I did it.

@@Unrenowned_ Thanks friend, although I would recommend SA & LCS Vehicle Camera Port on mixmods since it the mod shown had a weird work around resulting in the camera fixing it self evertime,. There's also Classic AXIS (Also on mixmods, Junior_Djjr does an amazing job in maintaining old mods), if you really want that GTA IV angle. Other than that your tutorial is incredible.
Finally!!! thank you so much after trying so many other stuff I tried this and it worked!!! the only change I did was change the compatibility to vista.
@@jetthoncho151 Im not sure I get your problem but if you mean if you try to use it, it does a weird zoom thing, try switching camera views by pressing V to a different one. I found there are two that are similar in distance from the player, but one is very buggy.

For everyone getting issues loading their Save Games, remember you downgraded versions so your old saves will not work anymore (unless you can find a converter like GTA:SA has)
Hey, Thank you for the tutorial and i want to clarify you don't need to do the silent patch thing with the maps, you can put the modified data folder and add them into the old vice city folder and replace it like that. it is actually a life saver on windows
I did everything on the video and when I load the game right when the game is about to start it crashes and another application shows up and it says : Unhandled exception : c0000005. At adress: 00652aa0. Help please ?
Anyone else get the issue where after a short time in the main menu before even playing, the screen goes black for 10 seconds or so and then when it comes back there's no audio? This was happening both before and after doing everything in this video.
Found a fix (at least for now). I suspected the issue had to do with it being full screen. There is no windowed mode option, but with the widescreen fix you can instead create a file called 'wndmode.ini' in your base game folder. It doesn't need any information written in it. If you're not familiar with how to make an ini file, you can copy and paste another ini file, rename it to 'wndmode' and remove the text written in it. Worked for me. It's borderless windowed as well, so a pretty seamless fix.

Serious issue, the game launch for sure, I see it in my task manager, but I get nothing on my screen, I have to kill the game in the task manager since it doesn't launch. Tried 5 different steam games I have installed, and they all work fine, so there must be something that is messed up.
The camera angle I had was an issue when I view to the left and right it go further away to the car so hard to fire while on the move...... Not my style
So I downloaded everything and followed the steps correctly and I can see the frame rate has been fixed as well since the menu looks a whole lot better. The problem is whenever I try to load in my save file of a game I previously had or hell I even loaded up a new game, it gets stuck in the loading screen. Please help me out asap

Thanks a ton. This is really helpful. Shame that Rockstar doesn't or can't bundle all of this in the Steam version from the start. Guess they're busy fucking up their legacy with definitive. The only issue I have is that my existing save (which also just stopped working with the vanilla steam version randomly) can still not be loaded but I'll just start a new game. With all these fixes hopefully I'll blaze through to where I was :)

you have to start a new game...thats because of the downgraded version

"Vehicle Camera Angles" mod doesn't seem to work well with Ginput for anyone using the two.
