The idea of automation technology was started years back by Ka Sonam Wangchuk ..CEC didn't even take his name in whole bite that is shame..Whole Ladakh knew that Aba Norphel lay made it through traditional approach and Ka Sonam Wangchuk lay make it with sonme scientific principles and latest technologies...Both are Heros in conserving water in Ladakh...CEC Awakening after many years later.. nevertheless CEC, Ka Sonam Wangchuk and Aba Norphel should sit together and plan projects and execution effectively..
To be very honest, cridit goes to Sonam Wangchuk. Hill council should accept his contributions towards this Idea and give recognition for an award at least. Don't make Ghar ki murgi daal barabar.
