Hi Ant, that was funny. The Ramon challenge was hilarious. The tension prior to consumption was palpable 😂😂. Those smashed burgers have made me hungry 😋. Cheers, Paul.
Hi Ant I’ve been watching your videos for a while now, and on your recommendation I purchased the BobCat 1. After watching other reviews on UA-cam I noticed that some set-ups had 7 guy lines on the tent. The 2 top loops where the pole runs through had 2 guy lines attached either side. I contacted Go Outdoors and they are very kindly sending me 2 guy lines and 2 extra pegs. They have stated that the tent should come with 7 guy lines instead of 5. Thought I’d just let you know. Keep the videos coming and take care.
Hi Ron, thanks very much for the heads up mate, I'll do my utmost to remember to mention this when I'm next out in the Bob. I did notice Paul Messner's Bob had all the guys so knew they existed but thought it may have been in a later model. Thanks again once again Ron and cheers for watching and commenting dude
Nice one lads. Enjoyed the taste challenge, mind you Leon made it look easy; can’t say the same for you 😅 Nice MSR tent, you’ve got there Ant. I still think you’re getting some moist air blowing into the inflation sack, but perhaps not enough to affect the inner (not sure really mate). Great fun on that one guys 👌🌲⛺️
He did Joe, your right pal. I need to turn up the heat mate. I've just made a authentic play on the Naga that I was talking about on the video, we'll try him with that, 12 finger chilli's, 4 tbsp of extra hot chilli powder and 3 tbls of naga paste lol. Thanks mate, I've wanted a tunnel tent since trying out Leon's, I'm well happy with it pal. Yeah me too mate, I don't agree with blowing into the bag, summer months definitely but winter. Nope!' Big thanks Joe mate, get some music on Instagram for me with them guitars pal, I'd love to hear them
Thanks Tarmac and good to see you pal. Haha yeah very much so haha! Plenty of spicy food coming your way on the channel throughout the colder months pal
Them blow sacks I think you need to blow in from further away so the spray from blowing doesn't go in the sack. I just stick with the tiny pump as also my tent lantern. Me and the wife can hack spice, her more than me tho. I'll look out for them noodles as worth a go. A good spicy one we have is Swedish meatballs and thickened passata sauce slow cooked till really thick but we add a packet of bird eye chillies, normal chillies, reaper chillies and chilli bits. Loads of garlic too. Definitely a hot one. 🔥. Nice spot you have there. Tent fitted well!
Yeah I'm unconvinced myself mate, I'm the same with the battery pumps, better being saf5 than sorry eh! Omg I want a Copt of that recipe Phil, that sound right up my street pal! Yeah love this spot but you'll see on Instagram what we faced when we got there pal
MSR tent,,you boys are coming up in the world, nice looking tent and a tad bigger than the bobby. Love the way Leon is comparing it to his Jackel. Tarp is a great feature,I deffo need that for my bobby.. Nice camp with some hot food, lip and arse hot food. I just flap my air bag about as it's always windy anyway. Flap it about like a halfwit mate. How heavy is that MSR,is it wild camp tent. ATB lads Andy
Thanks for the watch :) It was spicy, but not as bad as i thought, just that the juice hit my lips hard haha. Tarp is always a great feature and something we dont use enough!! Weight of the tent is roughly 2.5kg a tad lighter than my Jackel, but after looking back at mine, it is bigger. We will be testing these shortly too :)
Yeah cheers Andrew mate. The MSR is a fab price for a high quality tent that's as robust as it is, very good value for money mate. Yes, the tarp is a class feature for any camp that's due rain I'd say, somewhere to sit and chill. Haha! Spicy!!! Minimum weight of the tent is 2.48 kg Max is 3.20 kg but for a two man tent you'd spread the weight together anyway. A top tent and lots of testing to come!
I have not watched the whole video yet, but I have a question. You think Vindaloo is hot/spicy....Hahahahaha. I suppose Taco Bell mild sauce is also hot to you?
Well, Jeff, it depends definitely on which Indian you go to. Vindaloo is actually created and sold here in the UK as a very hot dish. It wasn't intended to be over in India, but they spiced it up for us over here. It's actually a very tasty dish, and you should not spoil it by adding too much heat. "Vindaloo served in restaurants of the United Kingdom differs from the original vindaloo dish; it is simply a spicier version of the standard medium (spiciness)" I've never had taco bell, I should try it, but hot!! Haha! Cheers guys
I thought I'd seen thi on Saturday on the way to Skipton out of Clitheroe, the van was almost identical. But it wasn't you. Pasta didn't look much int pan but when you've tipped it into the dish it's reet lad.
Ahh mate! Believe it or not, I'm going Skipton in the van this weekend lol! Yeah dehydrated food can be very deceiving Mark, plenty in them, love um!! Thanks pal 👍
Nice tent Ant, looks great for your winter adventures. I thought Leon took that noodle thing like a real man...or faked it hard for the camera, lol. You're a married man, not sure I should suggest the hottest thing I can think of...
Thanks Si mate! Yeah should see us proud this mate, Charlie is loving it. Na, he was holding the pain in for the camera. He's gonna feel it when I bring out the Phall/Nage hybrid lol. Haha! Swedish female netball team?
@@AntSurviveTheNight they are defo doable but they are hot, when you get rid of the water all the heat stays on the noodles when you make soup majority is in the broth
Another brilliant video anth, enough food to feed a small town😂...as for the hot stuff, I didn't do to well with your soup so I'll pass mate cheers lads all the best 👍
Ahh thank you Gary mate! Haha I know, what we didn't show was Leon cooked another two burgers for us too lol! Haha that was sooooo funny last year pal hahah! The groups gone a little smaller yet again I'm afraid, but if your still up for it I'll be there pal 😉
I thought using breaths to inflate sleeping pads causing mould has been debunked by Gear Sceptic.. I love your videos ~ your sense of humour..! I bought the Bobcat partly because of your videos about it..
Hi Chris's, hope your well. Yeah people have said that but who knows. It was good to get peoples thoughts on it. Aww thank you so much I'm glad your enjoying them. That's ace, I hope your enjoying the Bob!
@AntSurviveTheNight That's true, perhaps especially depending on what we've ate ~ gassy mould forming foods...! Yey, I've used the Bob a bit, it's a fun and robust little tent..
This video was awesome! Totally enjoyed it.
