Thats why I am thinking of switching to abstract, I try to paint real but it has less fascination.

Thank u v much ,sir. I have struggled with myself n is very critical of my own work piece. I have always wanted it to be perfect or v close to the real thing. Now I realize my mistakes . I will need to pick up my brushes once again after more than a year due to frustration.

Abstract is the equivalent of painting blindfolded

What about Adam's creation or the angels on the wall or the mythological paintings? Can you see it in real life or capture it with a camera?
You say there is only two category, the borring realism and the emotional abstract.
But first realism means realistic theme. Naturalism means realistic proportions, lights etc...
With naturalism you can choose a borring every day topic but you can also be more emotinal and artistic. It is called as an idealistic or surrealist painting. Also after comics and animations got popular cartoony and stylized paintings are very popular nowadays.

    I have a question
If we don't have to worry how it look at the end then any body could be an artist. Isn't it?

abstract has it's purposes I admit, but artists shouldn't become famous or be praised through their abstract because its not a rarity.
anyone with basic hand eye coordination and half a brain can make it, so although it may not be useless, its not a skill. it's like tying shoelaces.
it most certainly has it's purposes, but its not impressive enough to be praised and nobody should become famous for showing the world that they can tie their shoelaces

That is because much of modern art is based on celebrity and promotion. "Art" collectors require that certain artists are promoted and valued because art nowadays is traded like a commodity.

I strongly disagree, I’m definitely in the abstract camp, to me realistic art is dull.
