Remeber the agency that is backing BABYMOSNTER. YG Entertainment is also the agency for BLACKPINK so if you watch BLACKPINK videos then you can imagine how much they spend on BABYMONSTER videos. The PINK VENOM video is estimated at over $500,000 and at the time was the most they spent on a video production until they released SHUT DOWN. So I would think that they spent maybe in the $100 - 200K area.
For BABYMONSTER videos they don't do it like BLACKPINK where the majority of the effects are practical. They do more CGI work and the outdoor scene is most likely recorded somewhere in Korea.
