It’s like our spirits mainly contain curiosity, passion, and love. Our moral compass helps us find things of the world to link with our spirits. But when we’re distracted by propaganda, advertisments, etc… our spirits end up lost.
There are no answers that satisfy curiosity..................but there are plenty of questions that feed it. I don't need answers, I prefer a new question that leads to a new vista, a renewing of the mind, with new eyes.
If Consciousness would allow us total control of our world, we could "make it" be pleasant. I think you may suffer from the same problem I have, which is that your brain has no off-switch. No stand-by mode. Every thing you do, whether it demands it or not, whether it's doing the dishes, closing a door, or planning your next project.. your mind is there, enabled, working, saying things, thinking. Oh - there was a time I thought everyone is "so dumb" to just be zombying around on cruise control... oblivious... What I now realize is that .. those... "automatons"... they actually get to relax. To just "be"... Somewhat ironically, I guess, they seem mostly unaware of how wonderful "just being" can be... I don't think I'm able to ever be in that state of "unthinking". By now I have convinced myself too totally (and with way too "good" arguments) that to be thinking all the time is good... it's what makes me 'special'... Well. At least I've stopped judging others for not doing that, too. They're not dumb (at least not for THAT reason) - they just get to chill. We tend to end up reasoning that the way we are is somehow "correct", especially if the traits we have are socially acceptable or commendable (like thinking is). I now know that ANY and EVERY trait we have which is well outside the norm (good OR bad!) is a sign of SOME issue we need to look at. Whether its generosity, impatience, perfectionism, agreeableness or a penchant to get into conflicts... too much, too extreme... means you have something to work on. Yes, even if people like you for it... perhaps especially then :)
@@metamorphosis_77 All this hints at a somewhat unsettling implication, namely that truly "mentally healthy" people are very alike. That the _best_ "character"... is the *absence* of character. People that never need to prove something. Don't feel compelled to be "the(ir) best". That don't need to overcompensate by being very generous. Don't argue endlessly for the sake of being right, etc... It's somewhat annoying that, if you do "everything right", you rarely find out; after all, there are no mistakes you now know you need to avoid...
This wasn't an accident or a natural progression of society. This was deliberate. We are what the enemies of humanity wanted us to be. We are animals. We don't think, we don't ponder. We react to stimuli on surface level.
I been following your chanel for a long time, I really enjoy it, I see that you're trying to reach something higher. Christ is the only way to do that, you can try and you will find some things but you won't reach what you could in any other way.

That's my intention: the renewing of my mind!

Because of your way of thinking, might i ask if you are neurodivergent? This would be really helpful to me, to understand some things
No idea, but could be. Haven't looked into it.
