Ghostbusters The Video Game: Lost Game A.I. (TECH DEMO FOOTAGE)

A tech demo DVD that I obtained. This section of the movie talks about the A.I. crowd. They needed this for the Thanksgiving Day parade scene. But for unknown reasons they had to cut it from the game.
I'm posting this so people can see the potential beginning thoughts from this missing level. If your like me, I wish they could still come out with this lost level...

This is the only lost level, that one was permanetly removed from the game

Indeed there was but I think part of it made it into the Nintendo DS version of the game from what I remember as I myself owned a copy of the game for the DS

Ehhh the crowds aren't too impressive. The Parade level on the other hand, THAT would have been cool!
It's crazy they put so much emphasis on this. In the end I think I can count 5 bystanders in the final game.

I really wish this would have been in - just the thought of a parade level with ghost floats or whatever was awesome (in my mind!!) this would have made great DLC... :( And now it makes sense why Ray says "Happy Thanksgiving" after defeating Stay Puft...lol I always thought that was so random

Wish the devs would stop being lazy and being the multilayer to the game. And split-screen co-op would have been awesome in a game like this. After all who wouldn't want to bust ghosts with their friends instead of the terrible ghost busters A.I.?

I remember watching this video a long time ago and this was the very first tech demo video for any video game I’ve ever seen! I didn’t care about all of the technical details he spewed, I just wanted to see the game.

I think this scene is incredibly disappointing. Because there's never enough people in one level to represent the work and development of the mass crowd technology.
Real unfortunate that they never did the parade level

I heard it was because the engine couldn't handle so much that was in the re-edit of the game so they scrapped it. It kinda makes the purpose of it revolving around Thanksgiving being pointless, but the idea of battling a posessed float that flings cars and spits black slime is cool.

I have a feeling that the fact that Activison wasn't backing the game definitely hurt the final product...don't get me wrong the game was still good but I think alot of aspects were dropped bc of the change of publishers...I really wish I could have seen that parade level

If this was kept in the game it would of solved all the confusion with where the game would take place though I don’t understand when the mission would take place either the mission right after shandor island or after the library because the in the museum mission the mayor says why his hotel library and parade are ruined still I would of been a hell of a lot fun
