What do I need in order to sell white labeling in Michigan
Can I do this but I don't have an LLC yet
do you need any license to do a private label brand?, or can you use the supplier's distribution and manufacturing licenses ?
Yes you do and yes you can use someone else's license! They usually just charge a fee.
What license do you need in California to sell the white labeled products. Thanks
Depends on your customers. To sell to consumers/patients, you'll need a retail license. To sell to retailers/dispensaries, you can have a distribution license. Hope that helps!
