@Isabel Zhang It's because the Korean members don't know Chinese. The lyrics are in Pinyin and not Chinese characters for the parts the Korean members sing. It's probably so they don't accidentally since the Korean version of the song, and they don't know how to read Mandarin so it's in Pinyin. The lyrics for the Chinese members are in Mandarin characters but again, they're probably there so they don't sing the Korean version, since they're more used to singing it as they promote in Korea more often than China.
@ Isabel Zhang the lyrics are for the staff; basically stage crew, stage manager, lighting masters, and also cameramen so these people will know who to focus on for each part of the song; it mostly acts as guidance for them, so they will show the right member on the screen during the performance or when they talk that sometimes will be used as official recording as well (for the dvds etc); thats why if you can see the small stage screens during talking time/ments, it would still show the names of the members who are speaking and their dialogues.
Why are there lyrics on the screen at 2:33, because they are facing the guys and not the fans, do they not memorize their own lyrics (not a rude mean snide comment, just generally curious)
