If it has a floating selvage you would be putting it around the selvage on the way back. If there isn't a floating selvage you would be undoing what you just did. If you are doing overshot there is a tabby pick in between the two identical treadles but that may not show on the pattern. Hope it helps.
Thank you for this video. I did find your explanation rather confusing. It seems you are explaining both ridged heddle loom threading and floor looms read drafts the same way. A RHL would need to be set up with a combination of 2 reeds and pick-up sticks. The confusion is which part of the draft would be read for each type of loom. It would be helpful sticking with one type of loom and the threading. I have not looked through all of your videos, yet.
Great idea to walk through the instructions for a Handwoven project. So many of us use these!
