I live and breath design, was gushing about you and your fabulous DIY projects to a stranger, she immediately subscribed. Thank you so much for sharing your passion, knowledge, wonderful talent and creativity, the world is literally more beautiful because of you. Best wishes from Atlanta! 😊❤️
I love venetian plaster My husband did entire homes that were gorgeous with it in early 2000's They trowl it on and burnish it more or less for different looks .Your table looks like art !
It turned out amazing!!! You always make beautiful DIYs. Also, you make me crack up at times with some of your comments and how friendly and comfortable you come across. Love watching your videos. Stay warm 🥶 and i hope it was worth you being out in the cold because it was totally worth watching.
It’s beautiful. Yes the scale is way off for the room and furniture, however if it was made lower (low profile) with an inset base around the bottom, kind of floating it would be perfecto. Great job Jorge. The colors are beautiful on it and it’s even better than the concrete ones.
Wow! You are so creative! It looks wonderful! I found this video about using Venetian plaster and two different colors of chalk paint. They created some art that was awesome! The video title was create a piece of art with Venetian plaster. I would love to see you try a few pieces! I will try some soon myself.
Just wanted to tell you since yours is visible in this video; I had a huge canvas I previously painted and was very sick of. Thanks to your video showing the artwork made with the joint compound, I redid that canvas, framed it, and it is GORGEOUS! I just bought a new coffee table, and wish I wouldn’t have so I could make this one. Your budget friendly projects are AMAZING! Thank you so much for sharing your creativity with us ❤️
Wow. Beautiful!! I have an ongoing concrete-table-turned-plaster-table DIY project going on right now 😂😂 and I wish I would have seen this video before I started because I would have used venetian plaster instead of plaster of Paris, which is so hard to work with due to the very fast drying time. This plaster looks easy to work with and like you have plenty of time to manipulate it into place. This turned out gorgeous! I wonder if a water based matte polycrylic sealer would work on your table to keep the matte look you like rather than the carnuba wax you linked.
Awesome table! Real Venetian plaster is mostly marble dust and fresco plaster is primarily limestone. There is imitation Venetian plaster that is made from polymers.
Gorgeous just gorgeous . You have to do more like this. Tall legs for an occasional table another pedestal Even a low tv stand, You are the best my friend thank you. Love from Canada

Not sure what brand you used for your lime wash walls, but I am doing my fireplace with Roman clay from Portola Paints from California. They have beautiful lime wash and Roman clay which is looks just like this Venetian plaster! Just another option to share 😄
Hey Jorge, in the video you mentioned the mdf board being 1/2” thick but the link provided is to 3/4” thick. I’m trying to make this as well and just want to make sure i get the right thickness.
Thanks for the tutorial! How durable is it and has it held up? Any chipping on the edges? If so can you repair by adding a little new plaster on the chip? Thanks
Hey Jorge! This is just the tut I was looking for. The results are stunning! I do have a few questions for you about the two color paints you used - Jaguar and Black Ice. Why did you use these two different blacks? Was It to add depth to the color? What was the difference between in the blacks?
*Great Project* . I would have tinted the primer with a deep brown. Looking forward to learning how you seal it. The one aesthetic element that I don't love about this piece in your space is that your other pieces have legs and feel light and airy, while I love the look of the coffee table, it feels a bit to "heavy" when compared to other elements in the room.
Hey Jorge 👋🏾 My girlfriend wants to create this concrete look on a veneer dining table; she bought for $30. Any tips on working with faux wood, veneer, or laminate finishes?

This is beautiful. I would love to get info on how to make it in white with gloss.
Love the table!♥️
Notifications are on 💕💕💕
It looks so nice ! Would of been perfect like 5 inch smaller
Nice table and a cool idea! Did you seal it with anything? It’s so pretty, I’d be afraid of marking it up
Turned out great! I think you should keep your travertine table though and maybe reuse this one somewhere else.
Thanks for the tutorial! How durable is it and has it held up? Any chipping on the edges? If so can you repair by adding a little new plaster on the chip? Thanks
Love it!
Hey Jorge where did you get the painting behind the couch? If that's a DIY please do a video of how you made it - it's gorgeous!!
Could you do a diy nightstands video? I’m looking at nightstands in a cool modern design and I haven’t found any the size I need
Me gustan mucho tus vídeos, una pregunta. Ese acabado que le diste al coffee table se puede usar en paredes??
Love it ! Beautiful work. Can I use the Venetian plaster for outdoor table ?
And where can I purchase Venetian plaster?
Everything you do is a chef's kiss 🤌 though 🥰

Actually, I think its heft is a nice contrast to all the leggy furniture in the living area 😄
I feel a space should never be OneNote I think the contrast is amazing ❤️
You could 100% just wax it. Yeah, real old school.
You did a great job
Hey Jorge 👋🏾
