I played pvp this month with the rescue rabbit version of the game, was very fun and searching for the mekk you need that specific moment feels so good
Blue sky can add a max of 3 cards(speel/trap zone, main monster zone and extra monster zone). Mid to late game it' actually good to make 3cards line up if your opponent doesn't have 3 cards to search left. It's not up to, but the same amount.
Instead of compulsory, I run worls legacy clash, searchable, same effect, but also permanently reduces an opponents monsters attack, is a quick play spell.
Ah Morning Star... The number of opponents who don't read it's effect... If I had a gem every time they made a failed attack, I'd have enough to buy every Box in Duel Links.
I think there could be a new Yugioh Series that make World Chalice as a character's main deck or Mekk-Knights. Hope we see Six samurais, Nekroz, Shiranui as Anime decks.
I like using a code talker engine in a combo variant. Secrets wins game but i rarely need it as i can pop with level 7s, then xyz into big eye, then steal, then use big eye for link material, then either kill them with their own shit or continue comboing. Crackdown and big eye also lets you steal level 7s and 8s for xyz shokan. Typical turn 1 disruption is code talker + cynet swipe + maybe crackdown + maybe secrets. Though 2 disruptions is usually enough imo. Decode + a mekk-knight in the middle + swipe + secrets is also funny, since you can tribute a mekk to negate a targeted effect, then tribute decode to pop, then revive a mekk to negate a monster.
The deck that serves as the eternal reminder that maybe bringing world legacy’s secret to a game with 3 columns (effectively making it skill drain in most boards MK can make) wasn’t the best idea…
I wonder how the deck would be viewed and played if we didn't get it. Probably would've been best, I think it's a haphazard addition by Konami, and the Limit 1 barely matters. If they intended to release Morning Star, then the card should've been off the table
@@GhostEagleOfficial me and a friend have experimented with builds without Secret before. We found out that without it: MK loses a lot of consistency in creating the full skill drain (often not having the revive will lead to one column being left free), it also allows several decks to actually be able to play the game, making the experience on the whole more enjoyable for both sides. Imo to fix MK, Konami should just ban Secret (more so to improve the fun factor than anything else) and maybe hit Nightfall/Eclipse to Limit 3 since the deck often runs cards of that limit
Meanwhile me who KOGed last week with infernities. Weakness disgust me.. Jk, I rather face and play mek knights than see another infernoid any day. Now I'm only waiting for Mechaba to play aleister with these guys.
Blue Sky also need to stick to the column its in for its effect to search to resolve. Tributing it or banishing it using Purple to dodge something like Warning Point or Fiendish Chain would not make it search for 1 or 2 Mekk Knights since it is no longer at a column when it resolved.
Mechs is better because it activates the card at the start of YOUR turn, whereas Toon World is at the start of the duel. Giving your opponent a chance to get rid of it if they go first. But yeah it could work in theory (Also I'm not sure if Toon World lets you pick the column to put in it)
I love this deck. I play the Surprise Present version more often and love it. Hope it doesn't get hit anytime soon. Also why don't you play 3 Purple? I only own 2 so I only play that. If I had 3 I'd definitely play it, atleast in the Surprise version.
Played 3 Purple for probably 80% of the climb. Then I think I opened Brick Eyes level hands 3 duels in a row, got mad, and took one out lol. Also post making this I don't think 2 Indigo is the play
Maybe I'll buy the box to get Mekk Knights and Infernoids. But maybe later cuz I'm waiting for Future Circuit for good stuff. And something unexpected i got from the box,i used 50 gems and i got Infernoid's started combo card and i reset to have 3 copies of it,and the i opened 3 more packs and i got thier UR card. 9
Infernoid are in that perfect sweet spot of power and affordability. Making it overall, all things considered, one of the best decks to build in a long time next to Salads
@@GhostEagleOfficial and another reason why I'll buy that box is the Metalfoes SR card. Yeah I'll build a Metalfoes deck as a f2p player in next new year. But konami really wants me to onr more buy Sign of Harpies mini box after they unlimited Egotist. And they added more Cubic support and a 3rd copy of Summoner's Art. Konami really wants me to enjoy Duel Links more.

cant you play the toon world skill instead of ancient gear?
