Spider-Man 4 was the proposed sequel to Spider-Man 3. There were a number of different rumours and ideas for this film, including the Lizard, Vulture, Black Cat, Carnage, a Venom spinoff, and even an early suggestion of a Sinister Six film. This is my re-creation of the film, using some of the proposed actors and characters.
As far as I can tell, there never was any official confirmation of Hobgolin as a villain, but many people suggested the character as a logical follow-up to the Osborn Goblin dynasty. Also Spider-Man 3 did briefly tease a Hobgoblin-like mask among Harry Osborn's goblin equipment.
There have been many characters to hold the title of Hobgoblin, but I went with Roderick Kingsley, the self-proclaimed original Hobgoblin. Kingsley found Norman Osborn's secret Goblin hideout some time after Osborn's apparent death and reworked the Green Goblin's formula and weapons to become a new supervillain called the Hobgoblin. In this new guise, Kingsley planned to establish himself as a powerful criminal and take control of the New York underworld.
A big shout out to Arachnid Knight for suggesting Mark Hamil as the Hobgoblin. It saved me a lot of effort choosing my materials.

I thought this was a great Trailer but the Hobgoblin Suit was great, just the mask/helmet was kinda weird, I would personally make Hobgoblin just an edited Green Goblin that’s yellow/gold from the First Spidey film. Like in some parts of the old Carnage trailer, using Venom from Spidey 3 but edited in red instead of black.

I would have thought you would use the original green goblin costume just editing the costume gold and I thought you were going to use Tobin Bell as the Hobgoblin!
I considered recolouring the Green Goblin, but I did a similar thing with my Carnage trailers and everyone called me out on it.
I did try Tobin Bell, but I didn't find the footage and audio I really wanted. Also Mark Hamil was so much fun to edit.
TheEntity'sLair well Goblins are supposed to be short, Osborn and Kingsley are men in their 50s, average sized, but was going to consider Mark to be the mole man Fantastic four 3, it was ivory him or Timothy Spall as the moleman.

Adrian Umana Garcia well Kingpin and Bullseye didn't die in the first movie so they would have returned and for new addition to the sequel they possibly could be the Owl, Gladiator, the Jester and Mr Fear.

The Hobgoblin footage was taken from the TV show Power Rangers: Ninja storm. The bar were taken from the film Punisher Warzone and digitally colored green.

Now it's time for you to do the "Orignal Concept" of spiderman 4, which comes from the leaked storyboards and early articles online that includes Vulture (the main antagonists), Felicia Hardy, Peter getting evicted from his and home, and him fighting a montage of villains in the beginning of the film (who will never be used as a main antagonist) such as Mysterio, Shocker, Prowler, ane Rhino.
In my take, Kingsley is played by Giancarlo Esposito.

I actually have an idea for a plot for spider-man 4 so here goes: during the anniversary of uncle Ben’s death, Peter is caught in the middle of a brutal turf war between Crime master and Hammerhead’s gangs, unbeknownst to the hero, and the gangsters however, crooked and Mentally unstable Oscorp financier Roderick Kingsley, has discovered the lair and journals of his deceased Boss Norman Osborn/Green Goblin. Upon reading his notes, Kingsley discovered how the Goblin came to be and discovered that Osborn had killed his Stepfather Mendel Stromm, blaming Spider-Man and want to takeover the entire business world for creating the monster, he modified the goblin suit and donned the costumed identity of The Hobgoblin, determined to wipe out Spider-Man the gangsters, and anyone who stands in his way for vengeance, power, and to become the top dog of crime in the city, can our wall crawling hero stop this new threat or will he at last meet his match?
