Hallelujah! All praises be to the Almighty God for the eternity! Thank you so much Pastor Mark Finely for such powerful and interesting presentation about the Impending Conflict.
I like so much the purpose of this week's Sabbath School lesson: It's just to equip us with the understanding that during the final conflict Jesus,in His mighty power will take care His faithful people and finally Jesus and His people will win whereby Satan will loose.
Another emphasis which makes me to move forward a mids Great Controversy between Jesus and Satan, between good and evil is that at last will have a faithful people with "Faith of Jesus". This faith of Jesus is beyond of imagine, our power, it is so deep so that all demons of the hell and trials of all kinds cannot shake. I pray God so that's He may grants me that Faith of Jesus for a serious preparation for the Impending Conflict.
May the Lord empowers us with the Holy Spirit in the early rain, then in latter rain. That's my humble prayer in the Almighty name of Jesus!

Maybe I misunderstood your comment regarding Thomas Hobbs. He was a 16th-century English philosopher. Leviathan was a major philosophical work on the power of government and church.
Leviathan is in fact ancient, a seminal treatise on social contract, and not from. 1996, fact checking is still of upmost importance even in the church

The impending conflict is the TEST of LOYALTY to God or His enemy which will occurr at the world's end. The test will focus on the true Sabbath.versus the false rival Sabbath which according to prophesy, God's rival would attempt to change to Sunday. The movement to have Sunday as a worship day shows loyalty to Satan and his represetatives. Saturday Sabbath is symbolic of loyalty to God because it is a memorial of Creation. He is worthy to be worshipped because He is Creator and therefore the ONLY One worthy of worship.
