Hi I'm Elizabeth from Houston
About to turn 47 years old and haven't worked because I get Social anxiety and depression more often.
In Elementary I was diagnosed with
Mental disorder but my mother didn't care and I got kicked out at 13 years.
What can I do to get help
If I don't have money to pay
For treatment?
Hello i have been out of work since April 2021 and waiting for a comp hearing. My question is i filed for short term disability and was paid for only 6 weeks because my examiner said i need to go to longterm due to being totally and permanently disabled per my doctor and i cannot return to my job. My attorney has requested that my file be sent to him from the std/ltd company. Because i had no income i took my regular retirement social security benefits as of June 2021. I was told by social security that there is no payback to social security if i received money for Std/LTD. My question is how and if will my disability company through work offset my weekly wage from them now that i am on regular retirement benefits. Thank you
Have a question back in 2019 i was getting ready to retire was diagnosed with Parkinson's so i just started my retirement not realizing i could have claimed long term disability the reason i started retirement was because they told me i had ALS at first was in shock is it to late to file for it
My lawyer did not look pretty he was a ugly dude. now I had to stop working at 58 due to health problems and apply for disability I have been working since 1973 if I loose my case and have to wait until 62 to collect social will it affect my pay. thanks
No one replies. Ok!
When you are on disability SSDI and permanent what age does it convert over to retirement? Or can I choose which age I would like it to convert? Finally how much does the retirement amount differ from the disability amount? Or will the amount stay the same?
