ASKPT:Sir in dharavi redevelopment project what are chances that people will make another slum and rent the allotted apartments...... What government can do......
Because slum they leave will be demolished nd population is 1 million. Also area around dharavi are prime location nd expensive, so already occupied by real estate developers.
They really need to speed up the Metro line 4, how Metro lines 7 and 2A reduced some strain on WR local we need something of that sort for CR too. Btw kuch samay apne news diya tha ke railways are going to standardise signages on platforms just like CSMT, so maine dekha ke Thane and Matunga stations pe signages change kiya similar to that of CSMT
Pro tip- if you want a apartment in a metropolitan city for free, build an illegal cheap slum house and live there. After years government will build an large building and allot you a free apartment there.
ofcourse my friend. It will be a huge hit. See the problem with bourse is. It's brand new. Abhi abhi toh shuru hua hai 1-2 saal se. Jab Mumbai bourse start hua tha tab voh bhi khali tha. Aaj dekho. Toh diamond trader will move but slowly. Second thing. It's far away from surat. It's on the outer jiski vajah se travel karna pad rha. Plus the dream city is not developed. There's no residantial space, no commercial space, no complex, no night life nothing. Ek baar yeh Pura city atleast 10-20 percent bhi ready ho jaye hume Diamond Bourse Bharta dikhega. So you have to wait atleast 5-7 year to take its shape
without bullet train everything is going..recently i am listening an interview of our Rail minister where he refused ta say any completion date..that means something is not going well in this project related train set...
In India, metro costs for Elevated and Underground ranges from ₹250-700 crore / 30-85 M USD per km, while globally it ranges from ₹415-4,150 crore / 50-500M USD per km, depending on region, construction techniques, soil, etc.
@@prathamkushwaha01 I did a Google search. It's showing that some sections the NYC subway was built at 1.4 billion USD per KM. (₹13,000 CR ) And if you see the latest Mumbai metro line 3, which is built at 32,000 CR for 32km. So it's cost is 1000 CR per km. Or 110million USD
@@No_one_great Yes, your calculation is correct. The NYC Second Avenue Subway cost $1.4 billion per km ₹13,000 crore/km , while Mumbai Metro Line 3 is being built at ₹1,000 crore/km $110 million/km. The higher cost in NYC is due to expensive labor, strict regulations, and complex tunneling. Mumbai Metro though costly by Indian standards, remains far cheaper than Western countries metro projects.
@@No_one_great The average cost per km of a metro project also includes more than just tunneling, piers, girders and tracks. It covers civil construction like tunnels, stations, viaducts, bridges, land acquisition, electromechanical systems (signaling, electrification, PSD), trainsets (rakes), depots (carshed)and maintenance facilities, staff quarters and Labours cost , project management costs. That's why it varies time to time for every countries.
