👉 6 mahine ke bacche ko kya khilaye ? In my opinion, we should start baby food with Fruits and Vegetables. Fruits and Vegetables purées are best.
👉 6 to 12 Months baby Food Recipes. In this video I have shared 3 baby food recipes. These are made from Carrots, Louki ( Bottle Gourd ) and Sweet Potatoes. All these things are very nutritious and should be included in 6 to 12 month baby food chart.
👉 How to make Carrot Purée for 6 to 12 months baby. Carrots and rich source of Vitamin A and it should be included in baby food chart.
👉 How to make bottle gourd purée for 6 to 12 month baby. Bottle gourd or Loki is very nutritious and I have explained benefits of Loki in this video.
👉 How to make Sweet Potato purée for 6 to 12 months Baby.

NO ADDED SUGAR AND SALT UPTO FIRST BIRTHDAY

DON’T MAKE DINNING TABLE A FIELD OF BATTLE 😊

Sir from 6 months I' am giving black tea with soaked chapati cover in breakfast which contains sugar,salt,tea in lunch mashed dal again it contains some salt and in snack nutrichoice wheat biscuits is it ok if not please suggest better option which she can accept.

Instead of boiling main steam krke deti hu baby ko vegetables.. Make sure kr leti hu ki proper gal gya h.... Aur sir main sweet potato ko steam krke mash krke deti hu apne 8 month old baby ko but wo vomit jaisa krta h bcz sweet potato dry rhta h thoda isliye main usme thoda formula milk add krke deti hu jisse wo kha leta h fir aram se... Is it ok sir??

Steaming vegetables is a much better than boiling to retain all the nutrients. Also once you have fed these vegetables separately you combine them. Eg. carrot + sweet potato or bottle gourd + sweet potato as the sweetness of sweet potato will make it more palatable for the baby
