Hey UA-cam friends, I wanted to chime in again on this video. I wanted to emphasize building a clan is NOT easy. Back before UA-cam, I used to be online in the game every single day. I would make sure I always kept donations filled and I basically would manage every single war myself to include filling those defensive clan castles. I probably invested far more time into the game then I do these days because I wanted my clan to succeed. As stated, this type of game play might not be for you, but this doesn't mean that you can't help your current clans develop if you don't want to lead one yourselves. I also mentioned burnout. Grinding the game alone can become quite boring over extended periods of time, but if you challenge yourself either building your own clan or helping another clan develop. It will provide you with a different goal to achieve which tends to motivate some of us to do more than something for ourselves. Good luck and be sure to drop your clan information down below!
My clan name is rebel stars as I am a very big fan of star wars and my name in the game is lord vader 😄😄and I had a great clan but one day my friends eight friends real life friends betrayed me and left the clan and the was about In 10000 trophies range that was too low but I didn't lose hope and I made a decision that I should go to the next th (11) and then i framed using sneaky like u and then upgraded my electro dragons and lighting spells for throphy pushing and i had no cc troops in my clan but also I tried and now I am a champion 2 and my clan is lev4 and now in 15000 range and it was gained in about 3 months so my main advice is do not lose hope and fall behind try try but never cry and 1 day u will succeed 😇😇😇
The main way I got people to join my clan was through builder base battles. The new system makes it difficult to tell who is really active and who is not, but if someone is taking the time to do builder base battles then they were more active than others who weren't in a clan.
@@yarkhaneditz6272 it’s been 2+ years and there have been many updates. In addition I don’t really play clash anymore. So I doubt things are the same. But I would go to the builder base, and do a live 1v1 battle. If the player I was battling against wasn’t in a clan I would invite them to mine. I knew they were likely to be more active because of how the builder battle system worked.

Me and My 9 friends start COC together and made clan 5yrs ago Now, we all are at Th13 with lvl 15 clan. This is the best thing to grow together with friends 👍
got back into the game when quarantine started and. got some of my friends into playing it again and we started a new clan since we were very unfamiliar with all the new mechanics of the game and didn't want to deal with higher-ups criticizing us. The first month and a half was very tough, had 12 members and couldn't participate in cwl nor complete clan games but using the recruitment subreddit we got our clan to 20 members, allowing us to complete clan games and participate in cwls (although we got absolutely destroyed by maxxed th12s and 13s). We slowly established a war win ratio of 75% which attracted a lot of good players as well as letting rushed players join us initially so they could donate siege machines. It didn't happen overnight and we're not the best clan but it's been pretty satisfying seeing the clan grow.

My friend and I once trusted someone a lot they were always active, and we promoted many people we trusted to co leader, but then one of them got angry once and kicked everyone they could out of they clan, we rebuilt the clan from there and now it is back better then ever, but make sure you always know not to trust anyone to have the power in your clan.
So true. I just became a co-leader after 3 months of joining. It was not easy because I had to donate almost every time and get atleast 2 star in every war
I think it's also important to know that when you are building a clan up, there Is actually a requirement by supercell which states that you must have at least ten accs in that clan before your clan appears in the suggested clan tab
I used to have a war clan back in the day when it was easy with Global Chat, its unfortunate now the difference of reaching out to new players now but decided to try to make a new clan for casual people who work hard but still want to do some wars, clan games and cwl 😊 Right now clan’s at 11 but it still takes quite some time

I've been a co leader of a clan for around 8 months, almost a year, and in that time the clan has had its ups and down. I originally got invited to the clan on my alt at the time by the leader, and he had just made it with a friend of his so we talked for a bit and he was a little lower then me base wise but seemed like a chill dude and was in masters as a new th9, so I invited my main. The clan became a super active and talkative place, but it was also toxic and drama filled and the leader didn't do anything about it. I didn't indulge in the toxicity and started some drama, but it was all for fun and we all recognized that in the end. But while I was taking a break from clash, the leader had a huge argument with an elder and some of the really active and toxic people of the clan and he kicked the elder and everyone else left with him and the clan died. It took maybe 2 months for the clan to revive again, but it was never the same. Less talkative, we went negative in war, and people were in and out like crazy. The clan died again when I got in an argument with another co and he left. We just got the clan revived again, and its still not as active as it was originally, but we are doing steady now. I want to keep the clan how it is and this video helped a lot because I basically run the entire clan for the leader since he works for his dad and doesn't play as much
Same. But I'm a Elder, who is the only Elder who takes action when such things are intolerable or a breaking of a rule. We only have like 3 COs but a median amount of Elders. But damn I do more work than the COs when it comes to breaking people up from drama and stuff. Sometimes even had to just kick out both of the members. All whole the CO watched. Lmao

While establishing a new clan or rebuilding a old one you need to be little flexible with rules. I have seen clans not even having 10 players and demanding max th11. Also appreciate your clanmates in there good work.
I ran my clan for more than 2 yrs in the early years and left playing and came back 2 month ago my clan is dead now and i am in random clan but take my words if you know what you are doing running a clan is fun and a small advice for members its nice to donate to each other when leader and co are offline. Just started a clan with 2 friends of me. In 3 days 20 people joined and at least 10 are daily active. I'm a co-leader, highest level base and the most active of the leaders so I lead the clan almost completely by myself which is very fun to do. thanks for these tips, I've been trying to involve all the players as much as possible even though the clan only exists for about a week.
Hello I’m a new clan leader on a clan that I’ve been co in for over 3 years. If your clan is not her active and you have accessible communication to your inactive leader, push them to give you leader. They might want their clan, but you have to show them that you’re ready for the task.

I started my clan a month or 2 ago but all it was for was to keep my inactive accounts together. A few days ago I brought in my active accounts and started using the inactive ones and started inviting tone of people and I’m up to 26 already. When I hit 30 I plan to take out my lowest accounts and only keep in 3. My main account that is the leader is a rushed th14 but all my members are th5s at the highest. I think it is a perfect plan to have loyal members because if you help people out as they grow their base they are more likely to stay.

Last week our level 8 clan got hacked(leader's main I'd basically) and all our friends including our clan leader's second id had to move to a new clan.. Feeling very sad now Jo 😢😢

I literally just left a clan I was in for a long time and came back to bc the new co leader called me out so rudely about my bad war attack. No critique just telling me how shameful it was I didn’t get one star. I will never understand why ppl are so rude and can’t just come together. I have my own clan I created it in mid 2017 and it's level 6 leading a clan is very difficult I want my clan to be the best so I was serious about war in the beginning ppl were active then one by one my clan members stopped playing and so I got very bored so I gave leadership to the first player that joined my clan and I left my clan it was level 5 at the time then he also stopped playing 1 month ago I asked him for my clan he gave it back now I am leading it again it's level 6 now and my clan only lost 3 wars in last month
I started a clan and all my friends left, even the person who founded it with me and im certain they all left due to me needing sleep and they leave because I'm not online due to time zones so it's sad and such a pain.

I as a clan leader made about 5 to6 acc so that my main acc can donate to them and the number of troops donate in clan rises and other players and another tips is startlingly when u built a clan u need to farm to upgrade ur troops of only one army that u like it can be any army make that army max to ur th and then trophy push to highest league and that way other players attract towards u and stay and when u max ur one army make sure ur upgrade ur second new amry for boredom purposes and the amry used by u in trophy pushing , donate to the other players that ask that way u trophy push and others also that way the clan's trophy rises and other players come Love ur video a lot jo 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩👌👌
Very helpful. My biggest problem is player not fulfilling there obligations to attacking in war. That's put the team in a not so good situation for a lost.
I also have service experience and I was hoping that would help with running a clan but it's a lot harder to find decent players than you'd think. Recruiting outside of the game is tedious and confusing, and recruiting inside the game is essentially blindly pulling from a hat. My clan right now is composed of the average player base, a bunch of th7s and th8s with little to no experience, and a couple of rushed th12s and th11s. They come from all over the world and only a few speak English. Some seem relatively active and donate, but the clan chat is so quiet and lonely. I want to facilitate conversation so every day I ask how everyone's doing, only to get a reply from my co-leader every-other day. Any tips on getting a conversation started?
Just kick the ppl never active in chat, invite new members, start a convo, get on their good side, now you will have a loyal member tht is chat active, add me as a friend leader of whale chase

There's still a lot that don't talk at all. It's hard to be the bad guy and kick some folks for not being chatty, especially if they participate in war and donate.
I have a sad story of building a clan. I started a clan 6 years ago with 3 of my friends and later a bully from school told me to make him leader then he never gave me the leadership back. That clan is level 16 and dead. It hurts my eyes to see my very first clan being dead.
i myself is a coleader and i have literally revived the dead clan and transformed it from mostly th7 to majority th 15,14,13,10 and th9 and my tip is that go for using that find new clan members and invite any many ppl as possible regularly and then make a policy of kicking player who r unactive for more than a week. do wars every single day and promote people through their donation and how much time they have spent. good luck

i had a clan with 2 friends of mine as the lead with some guys that were pretty loyal joining in with leading the clan. was going like this for 2 year until me and 1 of the others had some disagreements resulting in the entire clan structure partially braking apart which everybody in the clan could feel eventhoug it didnt happen i clan chat. but long story short me and the other one both stopped playing the game for a while as a result but the other 3 guys kept playing and kept the clan alive and now it is a master league clan. sadly the rest of my friends i build the clan up with stopped playing in the last couple of months and now the entire lead is made up by new people that i dont know. and im pretty sure if i tried getting back into my own clan i wouldnt get in because nobody knows me anymore because the clan members left over time and got replaced by new ones.

I started my base by myself and later on my brother joined I sent invitations regularly and some how managed to grow but once it grew I realised I wasn't actually ready to be a leader and so I searched for someone who could be a really good co-leader which I found but just yesterday he left and so I'm trying to become more knowledgeable about clash of clans and hopefully I can become a better clan leader because at the moment I don't think I'm doing a good job

Leader of a level 4 clan here. This man speaks the absolute truth. My clan Phantasm, it was started by Me, my girlfriend and 3 of my friends. We've pushed hard, played wars and focused on making everyone feel welcome, focused on everyone having FUN Above all else. I stay inviting, i stay donating, i stay active. Me and all the leaders. It really isn't for everybody, its very difficult but rewarding as well.
Clan leader for over 10 years here... the player search is becoming a real problem for me. My clan was always full (45+ players) and even when global chat was abandoned i was able to find new players for my clan. But since some weeks, my clan is declining and i struggle to replace the vaccancies. I put in a lot of time to search for players but it doesn't work for me.
Every time i get in a clan i get expelled i was in a good clan a bit ago but then i left Clash of clans, now i don’t feel strong enough to join a clan of that level
I used to be part of a clan that the members were on and off. Even though i wasn't the leader, i was at least a co trying to build up the clan to become something greater. Eventually i decided to leave because the leader was forever inactive and didn't interact with us. Not to mention all the alt accounts that the leader and 1 other guy had in the clan. It was really hurting the success of the clan and so i eventually decided to leave. Maybe I'll join back next month and see how things are going but I'll just have to see.

I've been a co leader of a clan for around 8 months, almost a year, and in that time the clan has had its ups and down. I originally got invited to the clan on my alt at the time by the leader, and he had just made it with a friend of his so we talked for a bit and he was a little lower then me base wise but seemed like a chill dude and was in masters as a new th9, so I invited my main. The clan became a super active and talkative place, but it was also toxic and drama filled and the leader didn't do anything about it. I didn't indulge in the toxicity and started some drama, but it was all for fun and we all recognized that in the end. But while I was taking a break from clash, the leader had a huge argument with an elder and some of the really active and toxic people of the clan and he kicked the elder and everyone else left with him and the clan died. It took maybe 2 months for the clan to revive again, but it was never the same. Less talkative, we went negative in war, and people were in and out like crazy. The clan died again when I got in an argument with another co and he left. We just got the clan revived again, and its still not as active as it was originally, but we are doing steady now.
I want to keep the clan how it is and this video helped a lot because I basically run the entire clan for the leader since he works for his dad and doesn't play as much
Same. But I'm a Elder, who is the only Elder who takes action when such things are intolerable or a breaking of a rule. We only have like 3 COs but a median amount of Elders. But damn I do more work than the COs when it comes to breaking people up from drama and stuff. Sometimes even had to just kick out both of the members. All whole the CO watched. Lmao

It was also toxic and drama and some people even got banned because of some reporting.if the leader was fighting with a elder and it was gold blade or azaan that's me we are having a argument and it all started with a boy named hassan.

While establishing a new clan or rebuilding a old one you need to be little flexible with rules. I have seen clans not even having 10 players and demanding max th11. Also appreciate your clanmates in there good work.

I ran my clan for more than 2 yrs in the early years and left playing and came back 2 month ago my clan is dead now and i am in random clan but take my words if you know what you are doing running a clan is fun and a small advice for members its nice to donate to each other when leader and co are offline.

Just started a clan with 2 friends of me. In 3 days 20 people joined and at least 10 are daily active. I'm a co-leader, highest level base and the most active of the leaders so I lead the clan almost completely by myself which is very fun to do. thanks for these tips, I've been trying to involve all the players as much as possible even though the clan only exists for about a week.
Hello I’m a new clan leader on a clan that I’ve been co in for over 3 years. If your clan is not her active and you have accessible communication to your inactive leader, push them to give you leader. They might want their clan, but you have to show them that you’re ready for the task.

I started my clan a month or 2 ago but all it was for was to keep my inactive accounts together. A few days ago I brought in my active accounts and started using the inactive ones and started inviting tone of people and I’m up to 26 already. When I hit 30 I plan to take out my lowest accounts and only keep in 3. My main account that is the leader is a rushed th14 but all my members are th5s at the highest. I think it is a perfect plan to have loyal members because if you help people out as they grow their base they are more likely to stay.
So true, clan building is very very tough, I started my first clan when I was 13 with a couple of my friends . I was the leader of the clan and it was going quite well in the first, but then most of my friends(the permanent players) stopped playing and the clan broke down..and Jo what you said was all just basic stuff, maybe a little more detail could have been added, like maybe more of your experience, PS: love your videos!

Last week our level 8 clan got hacked(leader's main I'd basically) and all our friends including our clan leader's second id had to move to a new clan.. Feeling very sad now Jo 😢😢

I literally just left a clan I was in for a long time and came back to bc the new co leader called me out so rudely about my bad war attack. No critique just telling me how shameful it was I didn’t get one star. I will never understand why ppl are so rude and can’t just come together. I was in one clan that I loved but I got off coc then came back and it was no more. Now I just started my own and will start adding ppl. You hit a lot of key points. Thanks so much!

I have my own clan I created it in mid 2017 and it's level 6 leading a clan is very difficult I want my clan to be the best so I was serious about war in the beginning ppl were active then one by one my clan members stopped playing and so I got very bored so I gave leadership to the first player that joined my clan and I left my clan it was level 5 at the time then he also stopped playing 1 month ago I asked him for my clan he gave it back now I am leading it again it's level 6 now and my clan only lost 3 wars in last month

I started a clan and all my friends left, even the person who founded it with me and im certain they all left due to me needing sleep and they leave because I'm not online due to time zones so it's sad and such a pain.
You , as always, have made my gaming in CoC easier. Yesterday I was talking to some friends and we wanted to create a clan to recruit good players and win wars, loot, etc. Our problem with our last clan is that It didn't work properly., so this time we will use some of your suggestions to make it done. I as a clan leader made about 5 to6 acc so that my main acc can donate to them and the number of troops donate in clan rises and other players and another tips is startlingly when u built a clan u need to farm to upgrade ur troops of only one army that u like it can be any army make that army max to ur th and then trophy push to highest league and that way other players attract towards u and stay and when u max ur one army make sure ur upgrade ur second new amry for boredom purposes and the amry used by u in trophy pushing , donate to the other players that ask that way u trophy push and others also that way the clan's trophy rises and other players come

Very helpful. My biggest problem is player not fulfilling there obligations to attacking in war. That's put the team in a not so good situation for a lost.
I also have service experience and I was hoping that would help with running a clan but it's a lot harder to find decent players than you'd think. Recruiting outside of the game is tedious and confusing, and recruiting inside the game is essentially blindly pulling from a hat. My clan right now is composed of the average player base, a bunch of th7s and th8s with little to no experience, and a couple of rushed th12s and th11s. They come from all over the world and only a few speak English. Some seem relatively active and donate, but the clan chat is so quiet and lonely. I want to facilitate conversation so every day I ask how everyone's doing, only to get a reply from my co-leader every-other day.
Any tips on getting a conversation started?
Just kick the ppl never active in chat, invite new members, start a convo, get on their good side, now you will have a loyal member tht is chat active, add me as a friend leader of whale chase

Seems like we are doing better as the weeks go by. I have a solid group of 5 or so members that are talkative. There's still a lot that don't talk at all. It's hard to be the bad guy and kick some folks for not being chatty, especially if they participate in war and donate.

I have a sad story of building a clan. I started a clan 6 years ago with 3 of my friends and later a bully from school told me to make him leader then he never gave me the leadership back. That clan is level 16 and dead. It hurts my eyes to see my very first clan being dead.

i myself is a coleader and i have literally revived the dead clan and transformed it from mostly th7 to majority th 15,14,13,10 and th9 and my tip is that go for using that find new clan members and invite any many ppl as possible regularly and then make a policy of kicking player who r unactive for more than a week. do wars every single day and promote people through their donation and how much time they have spent. good luck

i had a clan with 2 friends of mine as the lead with some guys that were pretty loyal joining in with leading the clan. was going like this for 2 year until me and 1 of the others had some disagreements resulting in the entire clan structure partially braking apart which everybody in the clan could feel eventhoug it didnt happen i clan chat. but long story short me and the other one both stopped playing the game for a while as a result but the other 3 guys kept playing and kept the clan alive and now it is a master league clan. sadly the rest of my friends i build the clan up with stopped playing in the last couple of months and now the entire lead is made up by new people that i dont know. and im pretty sure if i tried getting back into my own clan i wouldnt get in because nobody knows me anymore because the clan members left over time and got replaced by new ones.
I was finally able to join PDX Enigma after waiting for months, im so happy :) still dont understand why they accepted a max th10 and rejected stronger th's well im not complaining tho :)

I made my own clan today!
I started my base by myself and later on my brother joined I sent invitations regularly and some how managed to grow but once it grew I realised I wasn't actually ready to be a leader and so I searched for someone who could be a really good co-leader which I found but just yesterday he left and so I'm trying to become more knowledgeable about clash of clans and hopefully I can become a better clan leader because at the moment I don't think I'm doing a good job

Leader of a level 4 clan here. This man speaks the absolute truth.
My clan Phantasm, it was started by Me, my girlfriend and 3 of my friends. We've pushed hard, played wars and focused on making everyone feel welcome, focused on everyone having FUN Above all else.
I stay inviting, i stay donating, i stay active. Me and all the leaders. It really isn't for everybody, its very difficult but rewarding as well.

Clan leader for over 10 years here... the player search is becoming a real problem for me. My clan was always full (45+ players) and even when global chat was abandoned i was able to find new players for my clan. But since some weeks, my clan is declining and i struggle to replace the vaccancies. I put in a lot of time to search for players but it doesn't work for me.
Every time i get in a clan i get expelled i was in a good clan a bit ago but then i left Clash of clans, now i don’t feel strong enough to join a clan of that level

I used to be part of a clan that the members were on and off. Even though i wasn't the leader, i was at least a co trying to build up the clan to become something greater. Eventually i decided to leave because the leader was forever inactive and didn't interact with us. Not to mention all the alt accounts that the leader and 1 other guy had in the clan. It was really hurting the success of the clan and so i eventually decided to leave. Maybe I'll join back next month and see how things are going but I'll just have to see.
