Even so, i know she isn't a top ten of the best, but she also not a top ten of the worst, she is ok, a character that anyone who likes can invest, and will get some results.
sharong is blast type and Black cat is speed type, I wouldn't say that's a good exsemple, but if you say t2 black cat can kill t2 silk or t2 gweenpool or fore that matter t2 elsa or t2 daredevil then it's something diffrent
Daniel Stockmarr Even Sharog being a blaster character, she is still broken and kill speed characters easily, and i have a lot of experiences with that. I believe black cat can kill t2 gwenpool, elsa and daredevil, silk is probably the hardest of them, i never tried, but i think it is possible.

I have a bone to pick with Red Skull and Black Cat - I have both of them at Tier-2, and while they're definitely not top tier, bottom 10? I really, really don't think so. (Nothing against you personally, by the way, I just think you're not too well-informed on these two picks.) You've based your criticism of Black Cat solely on the fact that you haven't heard much about her, which is fair, I guess. I don't have an issue with basing your opinions on others' thoughts, since there are way too many characters to collect in this game to be knowledgeable about all of them. Black Cat can consistently get in the 40-50k range in co-op with no attack leadership (my cards aren't fantastic either, 33% Physical Attack and 15% Defense Penetration, I'm sure yours are much better). With a regular old 30% Physical Attack lead it can go up to 65k, which actually isn't that far off Elsa-level. Sure, as you say, she can't take down Infinity Thanos, but the characters that can are a very minute top level - it isn't minus points if the character can't, since it isn't the "norm" to be able to get a solo win. Black Cat is disadvantaged in World Boss due to enemies' resistance to debuffs, which means Shadowland and Timeline is her place to shine. During her 10 second T2 passive period, she deals insane damage and can dodge most attacks, and her regular passive provides a decent enough amount of healing to improve her survivability. She actually does have 3 i-frames - skills 3, 5 and 6 - and while they're not placed in ideal parts of the animation, they definitely still do help. I don't think very many characters can *consistently* kill Doctor Strange in Timeline without any debuff removal support. Yes, if the Strange has debuff immunity, she's still going to struggle, but I've found that in a 1v1, Black Cat comes out on top the majority of the time. And she makes an absolute joke out of Sharon Rogers - those fights barely last 5 seconds. Now Red Skull you do have decently built, but unfortunately you've missed the most important part of his T2 passive. The summons aren't the focus, it's the "120% damage increase to HERO types" that matters. So once again, his main draw is his ability in Shadowland and Timeline. Red Skull is amazing in Shadowland - yes, his summons don't do a lot of damage, but there are a lot of them and they hit fast, meaning they can quite easily lock down an enemy in hit-stun alone without the support of his 4th skill's stun. Unlike a character like Lincoln, if the enemies break out of this hit-stun, it doesn't matter too much because he's tanky as *fuck*. He has a constantly refreshing 20% energy shield that lasts for 2 seconds on a 2.5 second cooldown, which protects him against most blast attacks. Combine that, a long invincibility Obelisk, and a 3 second stun on a 6 second cooldown and you have a really solid kit. Now Red Skull is more situational in Timeline, since he's not going to be of much use against Black Order characters, but useful nonetheless. Pair him up with debuff removal and you've got a very decent counter for Strange. He can already take down any other regular hero T2 in the game if played on manual. Both Black Cat and Red Skull can cop you 5 out of 7 solo wins a week against World Bosses, which is right down the middle for Physical-based characters, and given that both of their T2 passives don't even work against World Bosses, I would definitely say they are both solid enough to be placed in the upper half of characters in the game. They most definitely do not have a place in the bottom 10. As others have said, where's MODOK? Hulkling? Squirrel Girl? Captain America? Iron Man? War Machine? I'd argue all of those are significantly worse than Cat and Skull.
iMuffles I agree with you 100 ℅ but the cap and squirrel are good and modok have good leadership. what I want to say is no character is bad (except some like Hulk, Electra). it all depends on how you customise them. this games gives you the complete control to make your character a hero or a zero. All depends is how much you invest on them.

I gotta respectfully disagree with you on Sif, bro. I've used Sif to SOLO clear boss fights so many times that it's like clockwork. Her leadership skill (+30% HP to all team members) is worth it alone...not to mention mention the recent T2 upgrade she just got. But then, MY Sif is statted out to about as far as she can possibly go....Got All six gem slots filled with max-awakened ISO & the Spy Tactics boost, her maxxed-out custom gear giving a HP & Critical Damage boost, and I usually team her as leader with both Thors, which provides a great handful of bonuses. Although lately, I've found that her leading Unworthy Thor & Hela have made for a far better combination. Honestly, with her HP leadership bonus, you can team her with just about ANYBODY & she's an ass kicking MACHINE! Has your opinion on Sif changed since the upgrade?
The black panther situation is pretty awful, he was the first character to be nerfed once he received his 6 star. Black panther was the go to back in the day against destroyer in the old villain seige days when we had like 7 to complete.
black panther used to be suck and i had to think twice before T2ing him. but now, he's one of the most character i use since NM buffed him. soloed proxima, corvus, SG, ebony, and if i'm lucky enough, thanos. his *6 skill's really useful now, especially if you use crit rate + up damage gear. i reached 100k damage in a single slash of his *6 (mostly around 60k) yes, BP used to suck before, but not today.
I like Sif and I clear the first level of SL with her every week (and Jessica Jones for the leadership). I'm really looking forward to her uniform and T2.
Black Panther isn't garbage by any means! I can do tremendous damage against certain World Bosses, I only switched from my former crit rate /damage obelisk because I wasn't hitting bosses as much as I should have. Had to focus on defense penetration. His 6th skill and energy spear are top notch. Granted, he's not top teir, but he's not a contender for top ten worst.
I forgot to mention, Hawks Eye iso, a 3 second freeze gear with a 3 second cool down, please. His t2 skill is ass though, they should've given him a guaranteed dodge or damage boost to skills.

Like I previously stated, he's not a top teir character, but far from garbage. And freeze on an obelisk is completely useful, it's just like Dr. Strange's freeze. Not trying to change your mind, but for me, he's been great.
Erik Johnson You do realize that freeze is a third attribute, not the second. The first two were damage related. Anyway, it's a moot point since I changed the obelisk for one with defense penetration and an increase damage for 100% for x amount of seconds.

I haven't gotten any of these on this list to tier 2 because I only discovered this game a couple months ago, but I have found that Ultron seems weak, and I agree it's quite a shame and disservice that guys like him and Red Skull are so weak, and I feel your pain on Rocket too, and dang, definitely the Hulk. Just not right. Hopefully the new costume in the Thor update will improve him, but I wouldn't look forward to playing him as a gladiator forever.

My first and only 6 star hero is Hulk, so it figures that the game does not follow realistic expectation and my nube choice failed.

Black Panther isn't garbage by any means!
I can do tremendous damage against certain World Bosses, I only switched from my former crit rate /damage obelisk because I wasn't hitting bosses as much as I should have. Had to focus on defense penetration.
His 6th skill and energy spear are top notch. Granted, he's not top teir, but he's not a contender for top ten worst.
I forgot to mention, Hawks Eye iso, a 3 second freeze gear with a 3 second cool down, please.
His t2 skill is ass though, they should've given him a guaranteed dodge or damage boost to skills.

To each his own, but I first cleared WB with him.
He helped me power level and obtain 7 others t2 characters.
Like I previously stated, he's not a top teir character, but far from garbage.
And freeze on an obelisk is completely useful, it's just like Dr. Strange's freeze.
Not trying to change your mind, but for me, he's been great.

You do realize that freeze is a third attribute, not the second.
The first two were damage related.
Anyway, it's a moot point since I changed the obelisk for one with defense penetration and an increase damage for 100% for x amount of seconds.

if you have a rocket maxed out t2 focused on speed boost hes not bad at all. ive beaten world boss with him sometimes it takes groot as support but hes not that bad

Dude i really wanna know your opinion on Disney shutting down Marvel Alliance. I mean i never played the game but it was a huge game, won awards and was well established. J M.Y. Venom would be better because of the ignore dodge and increase in damage, try putting an obelisk with ignore dodge to him and he will be like an arch nemesis to characters that have a lot of dodge skills..

every character should automatically have their original costume as a skin. there's NO reason why hawkeye doesn't have his OG skin.

Singularity is better than She Hulk bro.. u will see this once u up her gears till 17-18. Her skills deal much more damage than She Hulk. She Hulk is only needed for her mastery.

I haven't gotten any of these on this list to tier 2 because I only discovered this game a couple months ago, but I have found that Ultron seems weak, and I agree it's quite a shame and disservice that guys like him and Red Skull are so weak, and I feel your pain on Rocket too, and dang, definitely the Hulk. Just not right. Hopefully the new costume in the Thor update will improve him, but I wouldn't look forward to playing him as a gladiator forever.
