Some of these are really good but some require really awkward finger tricks. For the 2:22 case when you need to insert rotationless, I think U (f R' f') is better because it doesn't use the M slice. It's a sneaky trick because it's like a U y (R U' R') but using wide F instead of y R.
@BrodyTheCuber Personally I just learnt how to sledgehammer from every angle for the case at 2:35. Have you tried this? I think it may be simpler once you get used to the fingertricks.
Brody the cuber I amn't improving in f2l timings please help. Can you also suggest practice techniques for things such as lookahead, recognizing cases faster and executing them faster.

Brody what about at 0:44 doing (U R U’ R’)2 r’ U’ R U M’? It’s very fast and I use it. I find that using F moves slows me down

For the case at 3:37 I generally do U' R U and then cancel into the case you showed right after (sledgehammer + insert)... Is it bad?
I've never seen that before! Go with whichever solution you can do faster
