Loks a lot more like the 850C the 860C uses different graphics and I dunno if it works with M600 or not. If not running Ludicrous controller go with the newest DPC 18 display or P860C which is the newest version of 860C. My dad has $3800 dollar Bafang M600 FLX F5 trail & display contrast is crisp and clear the colors on this for a guy with trouble seeing grays and blues layered on top of each other really makes it a hard decision to upgrade or not. I have X2 on way but I want a quality display with nice Contrast. This seems like a windows 98se run dated granulated display.

Yes.. Inside the display is beautiful with it's "Standard TFT" screen.. Problem is, you don't ride ebikes in the shade or inside.
To see this full color display in full sunlight, you must have a "Sunlight Readable TFT" display... Standard TFT... which the 860c is, goes completely black under direct sunlight. These are useless and expensive for not working outdoors in the sun.

@@dennisyoung4631 Hi Dennis.. my biggest challenge is seeing the display.. He didn't go into what these terms mean or how they apply: Dark Mode (i assume that means colors flip) Light sensor (does that mean that display automatically goes dim at night?) and sensitivity, (no clue)... I know that the demonstrator is trying to be brief.. I would prefer that a review be very in depth. And also show what each of these new setting do.. Then demonstrate it in direct sunlight.. No under a tree or inside.
I have spent nearly $600 on displays over the years, and it seems like i'm wasting money and not getting any better visibility.. Any advice would be appreciated..

@@rdkuless have secured a new 860c display. Am now working on saving up for forks, brakes, and a 1.5 k.w.h. Battery - as a fair number of my trips are long ones.
Also, got an *Eye-Pad,* so as to use *Eye-Movie* - and then post stuff to UA-cam. So, what I learn about displays, etc, I’ll try to post. I hope to have a *bike* section, one dedicated to this sort of thing…
Will a slide-show suffice? (I have poor manual dexterity, which means I can only do one activity at a time.)

Dennis.. I completely understand.. I have a recumbent electric assist AZub Trike.. I built a Solar Trailer to give me unlimited range.. One requirement of a solar bike, is the ability to monitor the watts being consumed in relationship to the gear i'm in.. this will allow for the correct ratio to optimize my battery power being consumed . My P860C arrives tomorrow.. I will try to put out a video that show it in action in direct sunlight.. So far, all the reviews have been inside and not real world / real sunlight riding. I wish you safe riding... it sounds like you have a good set up.. :)

Hey Manuel! Try this, get yourself a bafang program cable and load up the configuration program. Hit read controller. Not from same factory and this display is not compatible with cyc product but as far as 750c displays I am aware of an old batch from years having that exact problem, it was the earliest batch when it was brought to market. Later bbsxx compatible versions were fixed. If that is not the case with cyc version that sounds pretty bad because they figured out how to not have that defect a very long time ago
