Here are a few artist that came to mind they are not all singers, but they are all artist non the less: "Bob Marley" "Nina Simone" "Maya Angelou" "Chuck D(Public Enemy)" "KRS-One" "Bono" "Stevie Wonder" and a whole lot more but I can't remember them all.

I really love your approve to beauty videos honestly. I completely agree that artists should be social activist because I think having a voice that people actually listen to gives one the power to make changes that people without he voices don't. But I also know it's very touchy and people in the spotlight are scared to have an opinion because they might lose fans for having values and a standpoint. It takes bravery and a very passionate soul

I am living and was born in the USA and unfortunately, our democracy is broken. To quote Jimmy Carter who is usually very quiet and lives very modestly at 94 years old. He says the US is becoming an Oligarchy. Although Carter is not considered a great president and Lincoln did some bad things but Jimmy had high morals and he is disgusted by the dishonesty in American Politics. He find the supreme court Citizens United absurd. A corporation should not be a citizen. Hobby Lobby was behind that decision and they are a rich evangelical Christian family. There is nothing wrong with being Christian. But there is a whole different thing when it comes to separation of church and state it means that our government must allow religious freedom (which means being an atheist) or any other religion that abides by the law. Churches cannot influence government and government has no right to influence religion. Why can't anyone understand this? I majored in Math and Computer science but I had to take course in the humanities as well. I don't dare share my opinion with my YT regulars because I play the piano and don't discuss politics when it comes to my channel. Several singers that I really like is Carole King, Linda Ronstadt and Joan Baez. Also Aretha Franklin. Their politics are in alignment with mine. But I am a white 72 year old retired man who is supposed to be for Trump. I think that Trump is not a crook like Nixon, he is a damn gangster. I enjoyed listening to the show and the link to the Web Site. But artists are always in trouble when it comes to politics. Even amateurs like me on YT. I drink tea also ;)
The Supreme Court should allow the proceedings to be filmed. I don't understand all the secrecy. The Supreme Court have so much power they should be held accountable by the public and chosen by the public and not have a job for life because it leads to corruption.
