Sweet & Spicy Chicken Recipe

Sweet & Spicy Chicken
4 chicken breast
1/2 tbsp Original seasoning salt
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tbsp TexMex seasoning
1 cup Flour
Sauce;
1 cup Enchilada sauce
3/4 cup Chicken & Rib BBQ sauce
1/4 cup Valentina sauce
1/4 cup Ketchup
Instructions;
Cut each chicken breast into 5 pieces, add seasonings to chicken. Put 1 cup flour into zip loc bag and add chicken to it, shake well until all pieces are covered, put bag into refrigerator until ready to fry.
In a bowl mix together all wet ingredients.
heat oil in a large saucepan and fry chicken for 10 to 12 minutes. remove chicken.
Put sauce in frying pan and simmer for 3 minutes add fried chicken to sauce and stir for another 3 min or until sauce turns sticky and coats all the chicken pieces evenly.
Remove from heat and serve immediately.
