Excuse me! But in our history lesson, LUSITANIA and her 4 giant black funnels did not brake off while she was sinking they were all attached by ropes to the decks, her 4 funnels only broke off after LUSITANIA landed on the sea mud where she is now rotting away badly.

Trust me i have seen a million comments hating on Lusi just because she ain like Titanic and saying her interiors sucked and were trash. But i have seen her interiors and wow its so beautiful. The first class staircase i would call grand staircase. It isnt as grand as the Olympic class liners but it was really fancy and grand.

The only reasons Titanic were built were so they ( White Star Line ) could compete with them ( Cunard ). So of course Lusitania’s interior was Luxurious. In fact the Lusitania had many features that Titanic didn’t.

@Anomalocaris also funny enough, they got the paint scheme wrong aswell, the paint depicted here is the famous ken marschall paintings, her real final paint scheme involved her superstructure being battleship grey and her funnels being a full black

@Anomalocaris yeah, her superstructure was a battleship grey, it’s hard to know at first but it’s true, it’s the paint scheme that the british admiralty had given to all ocean liners at the time, even Olympic had it just before she was drafted

Yeah you can see the remains (or crumbs) of the funnels close to the wreck. They didn't fall until it slammed into the seabed
