Was at the Leinster v La Rochelle game. The word that came to my mind regarding Leinster early in the first half was "comfortable"
It must have been awesome to be there. Comfortable, ok, nnoted.
@markphilpottinsidesport Had a fabulous time. Was near where the La Rochelle fans were. They are amazing! Hopefully, off to Croke Park next!!! 🤞
Cannot BELIEVE jb is coming to leinsterrrrr. What a coup. Finally I can stop hating him for being such a good player.
Hey Nate, Leinster is turning into a NZ B team :-)
@@markphilpottinsidesport last name barrett? I'm sure there's a connection our embassy could find there...
Perfect
Unfortunately, he's only comming for 6 months. I hope we get some magic out of him when he's here 👌🏻
@@Natedawg38 he has relatives in County Meath (which is in Leinster). His family spent some time there when he was a child and he went to a local primary school for a year or so.
Great review of the matches, Mark. Nothing certain at this stage.
Thank you for the comment
Hi Mark 👋. Wow, what a weekend it was amazing 🏉 leinster amazing result 👏 and we get JB onwards and upwards.
Once again Mark, I enjoyed your rugby analysis. Great detail. Thanks
Thank you very much, appreciate it.
BREAKING | All Black star Jordie Barrett in sensational move to Leinster
There we go, a good Taranaki lad for you.
Good man Mark!
Thank you Sir
Hard to see past Toulouse at this stage although I thought that Leinster would find it tougher going against La Rochelle. Home advantage seems to matter. Great review as always Mark!
Thank you sir. Toulouse are on fire, would be a very exciting final if it were to happen, but the semi's will be exciting.
Great review. Thank you Mark. It's a tough call to pick team of the week.
Thank you.....
Great review. Leinster are looking very strong at the moment.
Thank you Sir, yes they are.
Good video Mark.Brilliant analysis
Thank you.
Leinster will have geordie barret and rg snyman next season..
Brian, nothing like a Taranaki boy to join the gang.....
Nice analysis Mark, I’d agree with most of it. Hopefully Leinster can get at Semifinal win. It’s interesting in a way that URC form more or less mirrors the 6 nations in that Ireland’s best province and England’s best county are in the running this year - purely form and not results.
By the way, what are your thoughts (as a kiwi rugby fan) on the move by JB to Leinster?
Thank you sir.....Video coming out today on the Jordie Barrett situation , stay tuned.
To be fair Mark you called the Leinster vs La Rochelle match perfectly as I recalled you said that La Rochelle would have to score at least 30 points to beat Leinster and you were absolutely right. If Leinster win the cup they would have to have beaten the two time European champions, the leading English side and the French champions. Maybe we need Jordi to start up sooner.
Hey Neil....I tend to get 1/10 right :-) , thanks for that. Look I can't see any side in this comp being able to score 30 against Leinster, you don't need Jordie yet.
@@markphilpottinsidesport I think the Jordie move is absolutely brilliant for all parties. It is only for six months so New Zealand are not losing one of their best players to a competing country. Jordie has strong Irish roots and indeed lived in the country for few years as a child. He obviously has fond feelings for his ancestral country and will be very welcome here. The main benefit for Leinster will be to the young and up and coming native players who will get to play and train with such a brilliant player. It can only help players like Jamie Osbourne as they develop their game for club and country.
Leinster on the weekend could have beaten NZ and SA the way they played 😅
@WhyNotGuy now that got my attention :-)
