I'm using GIMP 2.10.30 and apparently the feature was removed? Also your icons are very different than mine.

Okay I have the measure tool and that is as far as I can get, however, I cannot see the orientation tool to click on and straighten.

No magic can make a low res image look good when upscaled... unless you use AI upscaling, which in my experience is hit or miss.

Very silly video. Doesn't tell you how to straighten curved horizons in panoramic pictures. All of these programs tell you how to rotate which is completely useless.
