Hey Bradley! I just wanted to say I love your videos, and the camera quality is amazing! I hope we get lots of new fish in your next videos. I'm curious to know how you cook those fish, would love to see a catch clean and cook!

Thanks for your feedback. Depending of the type of fish I would either steam, pan fry or batter in panko crumbs. But for snapper I simply steam and fry.
