DUDE! I just discovered your channel listening to Pack-A-Day podcast. You are one of my all-time favorite Packers linemen. They broke the mold when they made you. Cant' wait to dive into more of your videos. Just subscribed.
Great analysis! I know you don't have time to coach full-time but I wish they would hire you to come in an work with the guys for a week or two over the offseason.
I do love when former players cover the Eagles. Better than a lot of podcasters, only group that I think can appreciate the guys in the trenches as much as most Eagles fans do. Trenches and physicality were key
Valentine needs to put on substantial strength in the offseason. He has coverage chops, but was being headhunted by Philly big time - the most glaring play obviously being when they schemed the Goedert 1v1 against him outside. Dude is listed ar 190, and while that's not the lightest DB in the league, not all 190lb guys are created equal. Time to hit the gym and really grind it. Need more functional strength to tackle.
Good video Mike. According to MLF 2nd INT the WR ran it wrong by 5 yrds. So not Love's fault. So 2/3 of the INT were due to our WR's. We need a #1 for JL. All the play off teams have wr weapons. I know Love has to play more consistantly, however, if WR's regress, that would be a reason for JL to struggle. Wicks has def. regressed. The drops were bad. And MLF had a bad year, imo. Where was the play action? 3 playaction in this game? Ridiculous. Apparently MLF changed the run game for Jacobs, which we can see screwed up our passing game. Jacobs doesn't like under center. Jordan does best under center, with play action. Pisses me off the MLF didn't figure this out during the season. HE needs to figure this out this off season, period. And yes Jordan needs to improve also. Two injuries back to back messed up a 2nd yr starter. I expect him to improve going forward. Question: Why do you keep saying that JL 5th season? He didn't play, barely any reps for 3 yrs. So plz acknowldege that this is his 2nd yr starting. Context matters. Thanks!
“I thought the Green Bay defense played really well against them to be honest.” That can’t be possible because the media says that Jalen Hurts didn’t throw for 500 yards and 12 touchdowns so don’t take undue credit because it doesn’t really even count as a win. Plus Packerheads all say if the game went different the Packers would have won and you can’t argue with that! I mean you wouldn’t say they can’t see the forest for the cheese, would you? My tribe have our own gate into Lambeau Field. I used to be a fan but Aaron Rodgers immunized me to that. Thanks for the realistic recap but unfortunately I now have to report you to UA-cam as they have rules against sensible analysis.

I hope we hear from you plenty during the off-season.

Ideas for shows for the next few weeks Mike. Take a look at our UFAs. Show some tape on what you like/need improvement on.
