I've gotten to the point in my life where, it's now rare, but still occasionally, I get a reminder of how bummed out I feel that I was born too late for some things, and Pinwheel was one of those things. Nov. of 1989, so I was just in time for 1990s Nick to kick off, but wow, Pinwheel was really neat, I wish there were more little TV networks and programs like 1980s Nick and Pinwheel still.
As a child of this era, I cherish the creativity, wholesomeness, and educational value these shorts and shows provided. When the performers and producers showed a true care for children’s entertainment, and didn’t just see young people as a target audience for marketing.
is clockman there? well, seems like everyone has forgotted clockman existed but the wizard did not F̡̨͇̼͕͚̞̫̼̝̻̿͝O̷̦̪̻̩̻̓̐ͬ̕ͅͅŔ͉͕͍̩̻̰̖̬ͣ̈̓ͨͦ͢Ğ̢̛͈̪̱̞͎̓ͤͤE̳̠͔̖̼͌̑ͫͬ̆̎ͨ̔̎͠T̸̨̡̫̯̝͔̰̠̟̘ͪ͋̒ͦ̿
There's a short cartoon I'm searching for and I believe it was showcased on pinwheel but it's a kid mixing up different color fruits and then he rolls them out long and then he combines the all to make a music record to play. The other short cartoon is these characters one is Short and heavy set and the other is tall but they are twisting their noses to make music. Anyone remember those and if so what show were they on? I would highly appreciate it
The cuckoo clock construction clip could have been on an episode of “How It’s Made”, if that Discovery Channel/Science Channel series had been on air in the 1970s to 1980s

59:00 These segments were among my fondest childhood memories of Pinwheel.

This was Nickelodeon before the Nicktoons came along
As a kid I used to watch pinwheel on Nickelodeon every day it was my favorite show
I did too. With Today's Special. I missnthe 80s so bad. My daughter's will never know the great shows of our time.
All them shows were made in Canada. Thats why they feel different.
Chris Makepiece.....dude was HUGE in the early 80s, but he just disappeared.
One of my favorite shows growing up ❤❤❤
I remembered watching this children's show on television.
Those were the days!
It would be nice if there were more footage of pinwheel from Nickelodeon from the whole series
This is my childhood I was an 80s kid
I barely remember this.

49:41 A particularly oddball segment.
This is more entertaining than Sesame Street pinwheel doesn’t have a character similar than Elmo on the show
This was before Elmo.
@@briandelaney4167 Possibly yes Elmo came along in 1984 1985-ish
What's with all Molly's clocks? Was Alan Parsons involved? 😂
I got really lucky. I was the generation in between nick and heavy metal.

The largest peanut butter sandwich in the world would only work as an entry in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Is the first cartoon supposed to look faded and washed out? Shouldn’t someone restore these clips to a better, clearer picture quality?
