20 bucks and it is out of all my ceiling fans probably my favorite given it is an industrial and it's just a great air mover

I bet the blender fan blows more air than the best made hunter original ever.
A 52" blender may move more air than a 52" Original. The 36" Blender does move more air than my 36" Original.

The fan at 48:10 is actually a Hampton Bay Southing but with 32" blades.
Oops! I thought it did not say but I just found out is said it was a Southwind with those blades.

Do coupler holding downrods on Quorum have set screws or bar going through?
Neither. The couplers are threaded. The downrod ends, which screw into the coupler, are both threaded also. There are also two screws which go through the coupler and downrod to lock it in place (unlike set screws which would go through the coupler but sit on top of the downrod threads and hold it only by friction).
Glad it has screws to lock in place. I know of Hunter Original that fell down along with coupler while running on reverse, and coupler had NO screws or bar to lock in place. When I heard it happened it made me scared to run some fans on reverse.
The coupler was likely a generic unit from the hardware store. Originals use standard threaded plumbing pipe for their downrods. The screw-on plumbing couplers do not have set screws because plumbing pipes are not expected to experience motor torsion.

LED might not play well with the internal dimmer
There are some dimmable LED bulbs on the market where the package says for use with conventional dimmers. So maybe those kind would work.
They don't fit this lamp's custom housing.

However, for the ones in the video, the added squiggles and shapes seem to give it a bit of a 90s aesthetic, which I'm sure is intentional. Wait. It's running on Ubuntu Server? Dang.
9:41 I actually thought that was left behind by the previous owner when I saw it in the other video you posted.
The POS terminals at 8:57 are serial dumb terminals running custom in-house business software. The server hosting the software runs Ubuntu 18.04 as its operating system.
Question: If the 36inch Envirofan doesn't have a speed control, does it come on with the lights or is it running non-stop?
Everything in the back room runs non-stop. We do not turn off the lights or the fans. The Envirofan is not wired into the lights.

No. The box for the original Minuet is identical to the box for the Windward (Hampton Bay 1991 color scheme). I remember these on display in Home Depot.
Skylar Strickland I have a Minuet Hugger from 1995 and a Minuet II from 1998.
What year are the Beverly Hills fans from?
