Unfortunately I agree with you. PBD has always come across as a fair and balanced person and I believe as a moderator, he would be just that. But once Ben has made up his mind about something, it's pretty hard to change it. And, as you said, Daily Wire would never promote another company, especially one that's in competition with them. It's going to be another black mark on Ben and DW when they refuse because of the charity offer. If PBD is smart, he'll donate the money regardless.

Leveraging Laken Riley's death for a debate over Israel and Gaza makes no sense. Charity of choice would've been more persuasive to Ben and left a heartbroken family out of online drama. PBD pledged a massive donation to the family of the young lady who was slain by illegal immigrants and will provide a space that allows both sides to speak freely and in a space that is not hostile to either side. PBD is incredibly good with moderating. There a lot more to it than what your dim view obviously allows either of you to see. So I invite you to not watch it when it happens and stay in the dark. Patrick, let me tell you. As a one of your fan from CapeTown South Africa, i was really upset about Ben and how he has suddenly become like toxic towards his fellow conservatives, the likes of Cadance and Tucker Carson.

This is disgusting. The right way to do this is $250k for a charity of their choice. $125k for Ben’s charity choice and $125k for Candace’s charity of choice. To pull Laken Riley’s family into this is disgusting. You need to donate $250k to her family regardless at this point.
