Kuah lontong/lodeh dish wajib setiap raya betul tak? Mesti ada!! korang raya nanti plan masak apa? Sama tak dengan Along? 😉
Masa penyediaan: 20 minit
Masa memasak: 30 minit
Hidangan: 2 - 4 pax
Resipi
Bahan ditumbuk:
3 ulas bawang putih
2 inci kunyit segar
1 inci halia
Bahan lain:
Minyak secukupnya
1 bawang besar (dihiris)
2 serai (dititik)
½ inchi belacan vegetarian
Sedikit lobak merah(potong kecil)
Sedikit kobis(potong kecil)
Sedikit kacang panjang(potong kecil)
Sedikit bunga kobis(potong kecil)
Sedikit jagung muda(potong kecil)
Sedikit tempeh (potong dadu kecil)
Sedikit tauhu (potong dadu kecil)
Sedikit tomato(potong kecil)
Santan cair secukupnya
Sedikit santan pekat
1 biji taupok(potong dadu kecil)
Sedikit fucuk/tauhu kering(direndam)
Garam dan serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya
Sedikit suhun(direndam)
Cara memasak:
1.Goreng tauhu dan tempeh sehingga keperangan. Angkat dan ketepikan.
2. Kurangkan minyak, masukkan serai, bawang merah dihiris dan bahan tumbuk. Tumis sehingga naik bau. Lepastu masukkan belacan vegetarian. Kacau sebati
2.Masukkan santan cair secukupnya. Kalau kurang kuningnya boleh letak serbuk kunyit sedikit. Jika perlu ya. Kacau sebati. Masukkan garam dan serbuk perasa cendawan secukupnya.
3. Masukkan ke semua bahan sayuran, taupok, tempeh goreng, tauhu goreng dan tomato. Kacau sebati.
4.Masukkan tauhu kering/fucuk, suhun dan sedikit santan. Kacau dan adjust rasa. Sedia untuk dihidang.

Recipe
Pounded ingredients:
3 cloves garlic
2 inches fresh turmeric
1 inch ginger
Other ingredients:
Oil as needed
1 onion (sliced)
2 stalks lemongrass (tapped)
½ inch vegetarian belacan
A few carrots (cut into small pieces)
A little cabbage (cut into small pieces)
A little long beans(cut into small pieces)
A little cauliflower (cut into small pieces)
A little baby corn (cut into small pieces)
A little tempeh (cut into small cubes)
A little tofu (cut into small cubes)
A few tomatoes (cut into small pieces)
liquid coconut milk as needed
A little thick coconut milk
1 taupok (cut into small cubes)
A little fucuk (soaked)
Salt and mushroom seasoning powder as needed
A little so hoon (soaked)
Cooking Methods:
1. Fry tofu and tempeh until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
2. Reduce the oil, add lemongrass, sliced onion, and pounded ingredients. Sauté until fragrant. Then add vegetarian belacan. Mix well.
3. Pour liquid coconut milk as needed. If lontong color is very light, just add a bit of turmeric powder as needed. Mix well. Add salt and mushroom seasoning to taste.
4. Add all vegetables, taupok, fried tempeh, fried tofu, and tomatoes. Stir well.
5. Add fucuk, so hoon, and a bit of thick coconut milk. Stir and adjust seasoning. Ready to serve!
