There is a battery-run trolleybus right from the airport (a trolleybus station is near the entrance) - No. 30 - it goes straight to the city center and it is much more comfortable than minibus (and it is much cheaper - 2 lei only). The mobile stations are rare outside Chisinau so you may encounter problems getting signal near the airport and outside the city, through the roaming works well in the city center and suburbs. The exchange rate in the airport is the worst possible - but you may find an ATM inside and take some lei from your card with a much better exchange rate.
