Hah! Yes, The Proper People's mine explore had me head shaking as well as the fascination that they did it in a somewhat haphazard way - I wouldnt do that but I'm glad they did and I got to watch it! 😅

I've lived in RI my entire life, and I've never even heard of a couple of the places you've featured, which is so interesting and intriguing. The Ladd Center was hell, so many people with disabilities were abused horribly there. That place is seriously haunted.

Jason, I very much enjoy your videos. I grew up in Rhode Island and there are very few places I haven’t been to or know about. Your videos remind me of years ago as a kid exploring abandoned places in RI, and southern Massachusetts. Thanks for reminding me of my childhood and the places I’ve been.

how long ago did you explore spooky world? I went there tonight and camera signs everywhere, there was a light on in one of the buildings.
I went a couple years ago - did you get to see the reaper skull at least?
I visited Ladd School before knowing what it was, crazy, my friend lived around the corner and we stumbled into the place while exploring the nearby woods / veterans cemetery. Found after, from his horrified mother, what the place was and all the stories from its hay day. I do not believe in ghosts, as in spirits evil or friendly, floating through walls or whatever, but let me tell you .. that place had energy. I don't know what it is, but you could feel it. We ran out of daylight and had to feel our way along the walls to get out (this was not a planned exploration, so no flashlights) ps. we were in Fogarty, of all places to end up first, the hospital.😨
Is the Ladd School still standing in Exeter?
Most of the buildings were demolished in 2015 so not much to see there now
Was going to ask the same . I believe it was still being used in the late 80s. It always looked creepy.

What’s really scary is when your render time is over an hour long.
I'd go into an abandoned mine if it meant I could render a video in under 15 mins
