Well done Dan, keep it going, you're doing well. Don't forget to give yourself some grace and reflect on what you have achieved previously. We do this for fun, it is not our job, and we don't get paid for it, but it does become our lifestyle and who we are. Keep inspiring and, most of all enjoy it.
“The sign of madness is doing the same thing you’ve always done, but expecting different results “! Having watched your Chanel for several years, it’s like you stuck in a loop, expecting to loose weight by doing what hasn’t worked before. Not being mean, I’ve lived the same experiences. I now go to the gym 3 times a week in place of 1 run and 1 bike session, and use that time on the ski erg, rower and cross trainer, working hard at all 3, like a zone 4 or 5 session. The results are really beginning to show, tighter core, stronger all round and weight has dropped off nicely. This will be my winter regime, with some zwifting, 1 run and swim a week until February. I’ve even entered a Driathlon event to provide motivation. Give it a try, change the routine, change the results!
Keep at it Dan, you're inspiring us all.

782 calories in a 45 min run !!! Is that Strava just estimating what you’ve burned or is it data from a heart rate monitor???
Calorie deficit so you can stuff your face on Xmas day.
