really enjoyed the 📼 Pete ❤ this content adds a different string to your bow my mistake getting card’s graded whilst still in the 🇬🇧 wish I waited until we emigrated to 🇬🇧 🙄
Nice video Pete and good luck! You seem really knowledgable about card collecting and grading. Perhaps you could persue a career in the field? Also, I think you should have posted this video after getting your cards back. Now you risk them watching the video and deducting points they otherwise might not have.
Oh they definitely wont be watching this don’t worry. Honestly everything I know about the grading process comes from watching countless videos from other people on the subject over the last year. I have a good idea of what to look for before submitting to try and maximize the grade.
I just started collecting again now that my kids are old enough to appreciate them. We are going for full set of obsidian flames and 151 no vintage at the moment
I understand the benefits of PSA, but most of this stuff is staying in my personal collection and I prefer the look of their slabs/labels. I plan on using PSA for some of my other cards though, so will likely do submissions to both in the future especially if it’s strictly for selling. I do like the chase aspect of the Pristine 10 however, which usually holds a premium over PSA10.

Great video! Reminds me I need to pick up a lighted magnifying glass.
6:54 just a heads up; I think you messed up the order here by putting them facedown 😅
Yeah I double checked my order sheet before sending and had to reorganize a bit, thanks for the heads up
Peak content. Love long form card videos
Can't wait to see the grades

151 is really what brought me back to Pokemon, such a good set
Big mistake going CGC. PSA is king
