Thank you for this video. The information was spot on what I needed to hear. I hope you make these regularly (maybe weekly). It would be nice to see you talk about the shoes, where to buy them, what to look for, what types of shoes look good with what outfits. Your IG is detailed but to hear you talk about it really helps me understand what to look for. Thanks!
I'm really happy that you are listing everything that you'd like to see. The more feedback the more I will tailor it to specific topics to help everyone. I think you'll like my next fashion vid :)
This was amazing, exactly what I needed and now I'm convinced to invest in a custom piece! But that also leads to my first question: where does one start!? Should I get a tailored 3 piece or just a jacket first? Plain or patterned? Also, to get a tailored suit, do I have to go to a tailor who specifically does women's suits or would any tailor be fine? In terms of styling too, when buying shirts, do I still buy from the men's or women's sections or do I have to get those tailored too? I'm a student so I can't afford to get a bunch of stuff tailored, so what would you say are the most important pieces? Basically, how do you build a basic wardrobe? Honestly I have a lot more questions to ask, but I don't want to bombard you XD Definitely subscribing and looking forward to what you upload next!
Oh, one more question (sorry D;): what kind of bra should you wear to a fitting? I wear regular bras some days and a chest binder others which would affect my measurements, though I'm thinking of switching to sports bras as a nice medium, so would you recommend I wear a sports bra to the fitting?
This is awesome. Thank you! I always wondered what going to a tailor would be like and had some anxiety about it. Now I can see that it's totally worth it to go to a great tailor.
I loved this video so much! Thanks so much for all the advice Shao Yang. I was battling on if I wanted to buy off the rack but I'm definitely gonna look into getting a custom jacket. Can't wait for future videos Gent!
Thank you for the support!! That means a lot. I recommend custom if you can. It will change your life and you'll instantly notice a difference from off the rack.
