What village did you guys stay in?
We are going in February and are booked in the Dutch village but I’m seeing that the Italian village is updated and closer to the action. What are your thoughts?
We stayed in the Dutch village! If we go back, I will book the club rooms in the Italian village if my budget doesn't allow for over the water bungalows yet! :) The Italian village is the closet to the majority of the restaurants, the main pool, water activities and entertainment!
How much was it extra to get certified? We are going in September this year and just wanna plan property
Hi! It was around $450 U.S. for the PADI lifetime open water SCUBA certification. That was for one person. I was already certified prior to our vacation 🙂 I hope you have the best vacation! I would love to go back to Jamaica ASAP 🌴🇯🇲

@@SenecaGames that’s the cost of the training while on resort! And it’s unlimited diving at Sandals. You can dive every day as long as you are SCUBA certified. Some of the resorts have different certification offerings if you plan on getting certified while on vacation. They also have a resort certification that takes a half day and costs much less ( I think it was around $100-$200) but you can only use it at a sandals resort within a year. My husband did that on our first honeymoon trip and I kind of wish we had gone ahead and gotten him actually certified so he could dive with me wherever we go in the future.
