im not really sure if the game is actually running in 4k. for me with my 4060 at 4k ultra, i was getting around high 40's to low 50's, but i only tested it out at night so probably night time is more demanding? anyways what im trying to say that how is your 3060ti getting over 100fps at 4k ultra when my 4060 cant even go above 60 with those same settings? you might be recording the game in 4k, but i think your playing the game in like 1440p or even 1080p ultra, as i think thats more realistic fps when your playing at that res. maybe the 3060ti is better than the 4060??? idk i havnt checked but this just doesnt seem right to me. im not hating, im just seeing what i see, and what i see just doesnt look like what the title says, thats all.
The monitor I have supports 1440p natively and supports 4k as 2x DSR (Dynamic Super Resolution). And maybe you are right, 3060 ti is better than 4060, or atleast according to this page... gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-RTX-4060-vs-Nvidia-RTX-3060-Ti/4150vs4090
Maybe it's just that track, as I remember I got only around 70 to 85 fps during open world, the race track in the video is small hence higher fps. Try going there "Circuit Race - The Resort's Circuit".

the game is trash !
That's harsh, except some music being trash, overall gameplay and mechanics seems pretty fun to me.
