Hi is Chanel’s purchase history global? If I’ve purchased outside of the US can they see it in the US?
Unfortuantley, no. This has to do with compliance and sharing customer data. Chanel USA can only see orders placed within the USA. I began buying chanel in the U.K. and when I moved back to the U.S. they weren't able to see/ access any previous sales. This fell under Europes GDPR compliance. This issue isn't specific to Chanel but all companies. I had the same issues with Nespresso, M.A.C cosmetics, etc.
