Hell now !!! Cooper should have to go to prison for ever. Whats the name of the judge? If I was the Mother I wouldn't have said thank you your honor. Because he don't deserve any respect from her !!! This is not justice. Elijah did nothing wrong and yet at the end of the encounter he was dead. This sentence is not justice. If the EMTs had done their jobs he would likely have survived.

Yeah but as a paramedic, you know you just can't give someone something especially if you don't know if they're allergic or not. If you're coherent and can speak for yourself, they can't give you something you don't consent to. They didn't give him that option at all so yes, they hold some responsibility for his death.

Sorry but Cooper's statement had nothing to do with the murder of Elijah and everything about himself. Elijah's mom was powerful, to the point and brutally honest. My heart was breaking for her as she spoke 💔. It's beyond any pain you can imagine to bury your child. I've experienced it myself and I wish this brave and broken mother strength to find her way until they meet again among the angels. ❤❤❤

Hind sight is always 20/20. This was not an accident, it was brutality and a sadistic take-down of a good kid whose life is being minimized through watering down charges to that of 4 years probation. It’s a shame that this kid Elijah died screaming for help and the very people who should have been helping him actually murdered him. Now this poor soul will be sentenced and we all lose! Elijah’s color did matter. No one is sleeping deep enough not to know better than that!

How do you accidentally fill up a syringe with a huge OD of a lethal sedative and jab an unconscious person in the neck with it by "accident”??? Stop dodging accountability! They were found GUILTY by a jury of 12. They are guilty in the eyes of the law. They broke laws and violated guidelines which means a crime was committed. They were tried and given a fair chance to prove their innocence and prove it was an "accident”. BUT they couldn’t. Therefore it is beyond a shadow of a reasonable doubt that a crime was committed that night.

The system is so broken. My personal opinion is that it is time to implement a Victims Justice System.
In my opinion I think that communities all across America are tired of the criminals being being the only ones who are cared for and who get Justice.
