Gabrion is actually rather insane specifically if it attacks into a field of mostly extra deck monsters. The opponent doesn't draw cards for extra deck monsters that get shuffled, only cards that are sent to the main deck.
The Skill “Empty, infinite & infinite light” does some what help you turbo this deck type into its win condition of playing Infinite Light by turn 3. Meaning that you need to chance your opponents first turn on the net they don’t OTK you or destroy your back row. If you get past this and can activate infinite light it drastically decreases the number of viable cards that can banish without targeting. This can get you KoG but it’s inconsistent and incredibly long to play only use this or buy into it if you want a bit of fun and to get a laugh out of players just being fully locked out of not being able to remove the cards from the field.
Sadion triple Solemn Scolding is proving a life saver Zaphion makes a good Advance Draw fodder Solomon's lawbook, bait out an MST maybe but skipping your next standby phase gives the timelord on field some time.
In theory, these cards are good (enough) in Hazy Flame. Time maiden pulls double duty as tribute fodder/FIRE monster (provided you search a FIRE timelord) and the big names can stall some matchups long enough for you to gather resources to make your actual plays. I don't think it'll make the deck better, but it'll at least make it more obnoxious. At the end of the day, can you really ask for more from a spicy tech?
I personally have been running a sekkas light Gallis timelord burn deck. Love how it plays, the backrow one is probably the best of the none burn ones surprisingly.
If timelords become a thing then breakthrough skill will become a thing as well , negate them on their turn then negate them on your turn for otk since all of them are 0 attack

I like ledger of ledgermain in the deck. Might seem a bit gimmicky, but if you can manage to stall the three needed turns, its really nice to get a hand refresher. Book of moon is also neat, as it can either be disruption or a way to set your timelord to prevent it from going to the deck, maybe more versatile than madolche nights? I havent played duel links in a while, these are just some gimmick ideas lol
Oh yeah, i just watched the video where he made fun of the reddit post suggesting the book of moon thing. I mean its not an amazing play, its just something neat you can do if you really want to keep your timelord for some reason lol
Yeah the deck is probably not gonna be very meta relevant. That being said, DL makes timelords get to their wincon faster: getting to Infinite Light, so I think they'll perform somewhat better than in the TCG.

Celestial transformation seems pretty MID imo because you are dedicating literally 3 cards to a rank 10 monster when you could be opening a timelord and 3 backrow 🤷🏼♂️
Red Reign banishes everything BUT the highest level monster. If you tried to use red reign on a timelord and only controlled RDA or Hot RDA (Both LV8), you'd end up banishing your own monster and leaving the Timelord (LV10) untouched and immune. Make sure you summon Red Nova Dragon before trying to use Red Reign on a timelord.

I’m using a magical musketeer deck and I had troubling counters the continuous trap spam that made the time lords invincible

Slash harpy, magicians circle, karma cut and things that banish and return your stuff are what hurts the deck the most.
